The first season is a little...ew, but in reality the only part that really made me feel sick was probably a nail-ripping scene. << They didn't show anything, but as Pika stated, it's more about the emotions. I wouldn't recommened it if you have a high animation-empathy level and get scared easy...Or get sick easily.
