Pretty sure you downloaded a trial of some sort from leadtools and it's doing everything it can to try to get you to buy the full version of whatever it is. Hmm... try doing a search in your system 32 for DLL files with the prefix "LM", "LMA", and "LMV". Then right-click them and select "properties" to insure they are a DLL file from Leadtools. If it is, delete them.
