We've contacted the host about this problem and they gave us a hand in fixing it. Any functions that were disabled in between the DBEs should be working again as well.
Changing the speed won't affect the size in any way. In that list you have open in your ss, you can select all the frames and change the speed like so: A good way to reduce file size it to delete every other frame and then use what I did in the first pic to slow the gif down. You use that trash button to delete a frame. Then go to File --> Save for Web & Devices You'll get something like this: By color: Red -: That drop down and clicking "Optimize to File Size" will allow you to put what file size you want the output to be. So like a sig on here you could put "499" as your output. It will alter the differ and colors for you to meet that file size. Purple: This is your the number of colors that will be used in your gif, (goes up to 256). You can tell right away usually if you really need all the colors or not, like in my example I could get a good result without all the colors. Reducing the amount of colors reduces file size. Green:: This is your differ. Simply put, you want it as close to 100% or at 100% for the best quality. However, lowering your differ will greatly reduce the file size. (and the quality). Hope that helps, I plan on making a tutorial eventually.

So true, I got to see them play about 2 weeks before he left. It's a shame they wouldn't let him back in, he's quite possibly the best drummer I've seen.

Actually the music is great, at least in the Funimation Dub. Bruce Faulconer is a god. The movies tend to use heavy metal music though, like they play Pantera during Broly's transformation.
Will be a Junior in college in the fall. Feels like I was in middle school just yesterday.
