    Tomorrow. Have you gotten everything in, Anti? I think you took some extra lines, and I'm not sure if you turned it in or not. Can't remember. Dx

    Yeah, same. It's fun. But I'm trying to get better at digitally coloring in general. I'm glad it looks like I've improved, at least.

    And no, it's just light.

    I didn't, really. Maybe it's the color burn layer in Photoshop that gave it a general tint. It doesn't look red to me, but that might just be...me. xD;

    Yeah, I have all of the different versions on my computer, and I still have the Sai project in case I want to tweak something or tone it down. Thank you.

    If you're dropping out tell me now, otherwise I need your lines today.

    And the winner is...

    Congratulations to P! He is immune from this voting session.

    Don't be discouraged! Keep on truckin'.

    FuzzyBlueLights had to resign due to the fact he has no Internet at the moment and couldn't post.

    Tummer is now stepping in to help with the judging. Bushy resigned.

    Go to the challenge thread for your critiques if you've not seen them already.

    Feedback!

    You all did well working together and helping your story flow. I'd like to thank all of you for your patience, as this season has been going annoyingly slow for everyone involved.

    What is this?

    While we have a winner (who is immune from this poll), we also need to eliminate someone. In this voting session, we'll vote off ONE person. (Considering Fuzzy is gone) You're voting for who you think should stay, and you MUST post in this thread with a valid, detailed critique/reason WHY. There is no voting for yourself. I'll restate my original rule which is be fair about it. Please do not vote for your friends because they're your friends. Please refer to the sign ups thread for more information on voting. (Though, you should have read it already.)

    You are REQUIRED to vote. You are REQUIRED to read the other contestants posts. You are REQUIRED to give a reason why.

    If you're in the bottom (least amounts of votes), the judges and I will decide who stays and who goes.

    If you need extra help, the judges will be critiquing each role player in the main challenge thread.

    If you're just following the competition, but you've not entered in it as a contestant, you can vote too. But you're still required to follow the same rules and give a valid reason. If I feel your (or anyone elses) reason is not detailed enough, I will call you out on it. c: (You guys can do the same to me if I seem vague)

    Happy role playing. :]

    I'm not that great an artist, and I'm not that serious about it. (I'll never know how to draw hands, ever. ;__;) But I like to digitally draw/color anyway, when I'm bored or have nothing to do. So if anyone has any digital coloring tips/tricks to help me, that would be awesome. *_* Here's something I drew last night...

    I posted this a long while ago. Did my coloring improve, or get worse? I used GIMP in this one: http://www.kh-vids.net/showthread.php?87846-With-a-Tint-of-Pink-lt-3

    The Image

    Original Canvas Size; 3000 x 3000
    Programs used; Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop CS5

    Second Rough sketch;

    [IMG]

    I say second because the first was just a bunch of lines and circles, and I was GOING to do real line art, but got lazy and unmotivated to do so as always.

    Flat Colors;

    [IMG]

    Shadows;

    Highlights and Lines

    [IMG]

    Finished product;

    [IMG]

    This is after Photoshop. I did a lighting effect, and a low-opacity gradient color-burn.
    Oh, and I duplicated the picture and added a little blur then set it to overlay.

    This isn't my set coloring process, just what I happened to do last night. (I haven't drawn properly in months thanks to a certain someone, lol.) I'll go into more detail about a part if someone wants me to, but for now, I'm wondering if anyone has any coloring tips or tutorials they follow?
