Like Jiku said, they have their ups and downs. But I personally prefer the story and characters in Persona 3 better. (EXCEPT YUKARI)

Spoiler The Devil must be a woman, if you pause on 1:22 the thing in the background seems to have breasts. Another reason being is that on 1:52 there is pretty much no blood on the Old Lady and she is on top of the pile.
