I was disappointed by it, I thought the plot would revolve more around a villain vs villain fight; something like Spy vs Spy. Those yellow guys were annoying, they are the non-Dreamworks version of B.O.B. ;who is also annoying. But what I did like was that they did not whore out Steve Carell as Gru; he actually put a lot of effort and work into his voice work; making a very distinct and believable accent.
Aw man, I know how you feel. I had a project that was as much points as a final exam. I finish it; fricking best thing ever in the world. But no. When I was at school some douchebag spilled his coffee on my laptop, it went STRAIGHT to the battery and could not work. But my teacher saw that my laptop was effed up so he said I only had one more day.
