Ananta followed behind the others, crossing her arms. She walked up beside Beuce and kept pace with him. "Beuce...I've got something I want to say...but I'm not sure how to go about it." she said. She clutched her crystal around her neck and looked at him. "If...If I get depressed again, keep me away from the darkness. I'm scared of it..." she admitted to him. "I don't want to lose myself, you know?" she confided. Letting go of the crystal, it let off a faint pink glow. Ananta frowned at it. She wasn't sure why it was doing this, having not experienced this quite before. "Just promise me you won't let the darkness get me, okay?" she said.
Dead looked at the picture and tucked it away in a pocket. She tried to construct the face in her mind, but the just wasn't coming to her. Scratching her chin, she turned to Valinton and placed her hands on her hips. "I don't think I can figure out who it is. Mostly because it's hard to see a face behind a mask." she sighed. Stepping around, pacing really, she stopped and turned back to Valinton. "Got any pictures of all the people that work for the market? Ones that aren't accounted for right now, I mean." she smirked at him. "If I can see them, I can probably figure out if it was one of them. Probably." she said. Doku oofed as she was placed down by Neko. Watching her attack the assassin, Doku stood up and wobbled on her feet. Her head was pounding from the pain of not only the nightmares, but also the fact she was in immense pain throughout her body. Looking right at the assassin, she opened her mouth. "Zylen...right? Damnation hired you, I assume..." she panted, groaning. "I...I know he hired you, but I ask that you do not harm this girl. She rescued me...without my knowledge. I should not be to blame for what she has done...." she grunted and propped herself against a building. "I tell you now, Damnation has more use of me alive than dead. For starters..." she pulled a potion out. "He needs me to create poison...for..for..." she put the potion away, grasping her stomach and wincing. "For the plan he has to get the cure..." she gritted her teeth. "He also needs me if he wants Valinton to find the man responsible for...stealing and killing...mutants recently...at...the auction!" she said, strained. "Would it not be better to...take me back...instead of killing me...?" she asked of him. This entire time, her body was screaming at her to pass out. She wanted to pass out too, but she knew she wasn't safe. Her eyes looked at Zylen and did not show any signs of lying. "Please...if you kill me...and Serena...we are not the only ones you would be killing....your kill count would up to three...." she grunted, slipping and sitting on the ground now. Her legs were not screaming in agony now, but the rest of her was still screaming. "Please...I do not...wish...to die...." she gasped at him, tears in her eyes. She was scared for the child in her as well as for Valinton.
For clear crisp sound, you'll need a pop filter. But, usually, good mic's for recording in such high quality? Check around Amazon and see what they have: http://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=11974631 By the way, condenser microphones are what you want, if you have a sound board. Dynamic's usually are cheaper but you sacrifice quality.
Within Betwixt and Between, a throne could be seen in the distance. Upon the throne of darkness was not the same Natana that they had seen once before. This one had hair that was much lighter and didn't reek of darkness like the real Natana. She seemed to be alone here, with nothing to stop either of the men from attacking her and simply killing her at this point. In fact, she didn't even have her armor on her chest. This seemed a little too easy, but she had started to grunt in her sleep. She was dreaming of herself before she was Natana. The memories she had of an adventure to end all adventures. Of course, she groaned with each hurtful memory she was having in her dreams. The only other thing wrong with this picture was the fact that pure darkness was seeping from this throne. Little heartless were swimming around the darkness, but they didn't seem ready to jump out and attack at all. They too seemed to be held back and pained by something. As if they were forced to slink around in the darkness of the throne. Daring not to escape or attempt to escape. If they did, they would sure be destroyed, having their darkness taken and reused for other purposes. At the top of the throne were two crystal balls that held two faded lights within each of them. A sticker was attached to each crystal ball that had writing on it. They each had the name of Kaya and Valinton written down. However, not too far off, Natan was goofing around. She wasn't actually in the body on the throne. She was instead in the darkness that had pooled out and around the throne. By now, she was getting ready to deal with the invaders. She wasn't too happy with them disturbing her rest. "What does a girl have to do...who does a girl have to kill...?" she muttered, closing her eyes and attempting to sleep. She was really hoping the decoy caught them off guard enough to make them stop and leave her alone. If it didn't, she had other ways to make them leave...or she could just leave herself. Whatever worked best for her would be the best course of action. In fact, if she tried to fight them, she probably would not be able to attack them, let alone defeat them, in battle. She was far too weak from stealing hearts already. "Ah...the hearts are reacting to these two..." she said, chuckling a little. "No doubt they meant something to them..." she sighed, falling back asleep for now.
Ananta scoffed. Looking at Beuce, she chuckled at him talking back. "Look, Beucey, I know a bit about Base's. And the Base that I know doesn't strut around and try to womanize every female he meets." she said, approaching him and putting a hand on his shoulder. Sighing, she looked at him. "But, I gotta tell you Beuce. You aren't exactly as handsome as you area lead to be." she smiled at him. Shaking her head, she turned around and threw her hands up, as if shrugging at him. "At least on the outside, you aren't handsome. No idea about the inside...yet." she added at the end. Turning back to Stratos, she chuckled. "You'll get used to it, Stratos." she said.
Ananta frowned at Mizu. Perhaps the Krowley they know isn't the same as the one she knows, but the stunning revelation of swords and princesses kind of caught Ananta off guard. "I actually don't know anything about swords and princesses. I am still fairly new to things, like Stratos here, but I'll do what is right." she said, flexing a little to try and be in shape. Stretching, she looked over at the forest that Nequa had ran off into. "You know, maybe we should head off to confront this Mim and that southern belle that Beuce here was trying to feel up." she pointed towards the forest. "My comrades aren't the brightest, but we should probably go off now, you know?" she walked towards the forest a little, but turned back to hear anybody else.
I wish my computer could play FF14ARR but no, it can't. Made me so mad ;_;
Invest in a good HDD if you want to keep the cutscenes once and never have to download them again. But that's just my suggestion,
Ananta tilted her head. Scratching her chin, she tapped her foot and looked at Mizu as she talked about somebody named Lea and Krowley being some kind of master. "What could Krowley possibly be a master of?" Ananta looked at Mizu with a puzzled expression. He always seemed pretty overconfident with himself, trying to stay away from everyone as often as possible, and most certainly not talking to anybody. "Let me guess, Lea is this Blaze person?" she said, staring at her other comrades. When Mizu mentioned some kind of belt and how Krowley isn't supposed to have one, Ananta placed her hands on her hips. "But, Krowley does have a rather gaudy belt around his waist." she mentioned. "Is that what you mean?"
Ananta watched as the creature from Kingdom Hearts made it's way to the small group of people. It attacked one of them, but this person had begun her counterattack. Listening, Ananta heard Karina tell Dawn and Dusk to stay in the cave. Nodding to Karina, Ananta held her keyblade in her hand to protect the children. Glancing over at Beuce, she scoffed. "I don't care whether or not you stay here, but don't get in my way, Beuce. I am far more formidable than you know." she said, blandly. Her eyes turned back to the group as two people were killed by a dark claw from a corridor of darkness. Ananta stared in shock and awe, not sure who or what did it. Startled, she almost left the cave to try and investigate, but she knew not to do so. Deep inside, she felt as if she shouldn't do anything, lest she too share that same fate. A dark claw appeared at the feet of Kaya. It grabbed the girl's leg and soon had her sucked away into the corridor of darkness. On the other end of the claw was Natana. Weaving tendrils of darkness around the body of Kaya, she laughed from behind her. Stepping closer, she whispered in her ear, "Since I haven't had the chance to show how serious I am, nor did I get that man, I suppose attacking you would be the next best thing." Cackling, she returned to stand in front of Kaya. "But you aren't leaving this place alive, I'll tell you that much." she said, stepping closer. "You never would have stood a chance against me, girl." she held her dark claw forward and pressed it into Kaya's chest. "To be honest, none of your little group can stop me." her claw pierced Kaya's skin and soon was reaching into her chest. "There's only one way to stop me and none of you know how to do it." she smiled at her as her hand grabbed something from within Kaya. Yanking her arm out, she held Kaya's heart in her hand. It glowed faintly, having been pulled from it's body. Natana watched as the light began to escape Kaya's eyes. "Whatever happens to you, remember it was me that killed you." she grinned widely, baring her sharp teeth at the girl. Releasing the heart, Natana watched as it floated away and disappeared. Grabbing Kaya's body from the darkness, Natana opened another dark corridor and pushed her through. Kaya's body appeared right in front of the group of wielders about to fight. A job well done, Natana clapped her hands together and sighed. Peeking out of a dark corridor she opened behind the group, she looked at each one. Her eyes stopped on Valinton. Glaring, she knew who she was going after next. Slipping back inside, she popped her hands out to grasp Valinton's legs from behind. Pulling hard, she managed to suck him down into the corridor and close it before he could try and escape. Tendrils of darkness were also wrapping around him, just as they did to Kaya, and held him down as Natana walked behind him. Natana whispered in his ear, "You thought that you could damage me? Think again, boy." she smirked. Stepping in front of him, she held her clawed hand up. "Let me repay your strikes against me, TEN FOLD." she exclaimed, scratching his torso repeatedly. Looking at the deep gashes, she cackled at his misery. "I suppose I should end this now, hm? Here, let me finish you off and put you beside that other girl. She had nice red hair and wow was she well endowed." she laughed. "Do you know her?" she said, reaching her clawed hand for his chest. Pressing into him, she pushed in until she grabbed something and soon pulled her arm out. Grasping his heart in front of him, she smirked a sharp-toothed smile. "At least you get to see her top side...if you live that long, that is." she said. Letting the heart float away, she tugged him from the darkness and soon had him thrown up and beside Kaya. Anta heard Karina call out to his mother. He then heard Ananta talk to Beuce. Not wanting to get involved with this, he walked to Dawn and looked at her. He hugged her. "We need to rest..." he said, feeling a little weak. He soon started to fall onto Dawn, not paying attention. "I'm...weak...huh..." he muttered, not sure why he felt this way. "Dawn, can you make sure you rest too...?" he asked her, sliding to the ground. "I don't want you to get hurt..." he finished, hitting the ground.
Thanks, you've put my mind at rest, knowing I can still do that. inb4 update
Gosh, this is pretty great for them but sad that 4 people died out of indirect causes of the earthquake and other disasters.
I feel horrible about this. For the families of the victims and the soldier himself. From what was said, he was suffering from some pretty scary stuff. I hope everyone that has not died makes it through and those that have died rest in peace wherever their souls went to.
They literally took all the build up they had and threw it in the trash at the end.
If the tactics still work in the remake, it's pretty easy to get 200 dodges.
Yeah, I understand it a little better. I guess I was talking out of my feelings for not getting posts counted? Either way, I'm glad that there's some news about it...although it isn't exactly what I wanted to hear.
Ananta was far too tired to even take Beuce's jokes right now. "Hey, we could do that later, not in front of minors." she winked in response to him. Ananta took the karate chop to the head without even flinching. Looking at her comrades, she saw how they all felt pain from it...however, it did not feel more than annoying itch to Ananta. Watching Stratos draw out Yen Sid, she giggled at his rather crude art. Listening to Merlin and Mizu, she frowned. Scratching her chin, she heard Beuce mention Krowley. "The guy in the mask who seems like he can't take two seconds to interact with anybody else?" she added. "His name is Krowley, right?" she smirked. Thinking back, she remembered somebody else too. Somebody that knew Krowley. Tapping her head, she tried to think of his name. Snapping her finger, she blurted out "Blaze! His name was Blaze. And they talked out some weird belts that could mess with the time of worlds or whatever. Is that what you mean Mizu?" she said. Thinking back to what Mizu had scolded them for, for now being careful about going to other worlds, Ananta looked down at the ground and seemed rather saddened. She crossed her arms and soon began to think of her world and the events that caused her to leave it. "Mizu...can I ask that you don't chastise us about going to other worlds...please?" she said, softly to the girl. Looking at Stratos, Ananta sighed. "We can explain later, Stratos. Try to keep things on topic...I don't want another case of the Beuce here." she scolded him.
It's not as if she wanted to ignore Dawn. It's that she was too frightened at the time. Not only did she just get teleported away from a familiar place, but she was also stuck with a person she didn't know. When Mist woke up, Anta jumped backwards and landed on her back. Staring up at the sky, her heart was racing a thousand miles. Not only did she wake up and look at Anta, but she also talked to her. Suffice to say, Anta was frozen stiff. This gave her time to think about what happened and she realized that she may have been a little rude to Dawn. 'It's not my fault...' she thought to herself. 'I just don't like talking to strangers...' Sitting back up, she stood up to knock the sand off of her body and hair. Looking up, she saw Dawn talking to Mist. Approaching the two girls, she heard Dawn call the other girl Mist. From the sound of things, it seemed that Mist here had a touch of amnesia. Just as Anta was opening her mouth, she saw Mist approach a little blue monster. Dawn had already started to attack one of them. Anta studied one that floated nearby. It didn't attack any of them. It simply floating about. tilting her head, Anta studied it carefully before she decided to reach forward and touch it. As soon as she did, the creature immediately moved away and gathered ice above it's head. It shot a small bit of a Blizzard spell at Anta. Covering her face, the spell hit her clothing and caused it to freeze. Staring at her now frozen sleeve, Anta frowned at it. Pulling her staff of her back and yanking it apart, she thrust the blade at the creature, stabbing it in the middle of the crest on it's body. It soon enough had disappeared as a heart floated away to the sky again. Anta gasped, remembering the man who called the other creatures his "brethren". Turning to Dawn and Mist, she opened her mouth and only manage to make a small "Uh" at them before she closed her mouth again. 'What do I even say to them?' Anta thought. 'Do I just tell them what I think now, then introduce myself?' Tapping her finger against her chin, she looked at Dawn attacking one of blue creatures. From behind, one of them had started to charge up an ice attack. Anta rushed forward and pushed Dawn out of the way in time for it to hit her in the face. Anta fell sideways and held her hand to her cheek. Removing her hand, she felt the icy coldness grip at her skin. It hurt, but not too much considering the place they were at. Soon, the ice melted and Anta looked at Dawn. Her cheek was red from the ice burn that just happened. but Anta didn't seem phased by this. "Be careful. They hurt." she finally said, in possibly one of the softest voices imaginable.
Frowning, Ananta stared right into Beuce's eyes. He looked troubled and scared of something. Putting her hands on her hips, she tilted her head. "Are you sure? I don't think you look good at all..." she said. Walking behind him, she lifted his jacket and looked under it to see if something was wrong with his back. Didn't look any different than normally, she thought. Of course, she's never seen his back without a jacket covering his shirt. Placing a hand on his back, she pressed to see if maybe he dislocated something in his back. With her hand pressing hard into various spots along his spine, she focused on seeing if he was truly okay. "This might be weird for you, but I'd hate for a party member to be sick or crazy. God knows how the group with Etrius are doing..." she muttered the last part. Her mind trailed off until she remembered what Beuce was saying to Nequa. Then she glared at him. "Hey wait, you were flirting with that lady from before. What the heck was that? It worked, but it sounded really fake." she said. She was one to talk, considering she had done the same to Gilgamesh. But she failed.
I don't want to be rude, but we've been told to be patient for nearly 5 months now. What could possibly be taking so long? :(
