    This card can be Normal Summoned without tributes. If it is summoned this way, its ATK and DEF are halved. Each time a card effect is activated, place one Entropy Counter on this card. This card's level is decreased by one for each Entropy Counter on it. When this card's level would reach 0, destroy it. If this card is used as a Synchro Material Monster, the level of the summoned Synchro Monster must be equal to the level of this card, minus the level of all other Synchro Material Monsters.

    The thing about nightmares, is once you banish one, others soon follow.
    next, I'll activate the effect of the Sniper I just banished, banishing the top card of my deck.
    The card I banished was Bottomless Trap Hole, so I can destroy one of your face-downs, unless you'd like to chain something first.

    If you don't chain, destroy whichever you set first.. Or if you're not keeping track of that the left-most one.

    In that case, because I have no banished cards, I can banish Chaotic Nightmare from my hand, and Chaotic Sniper from my deck.

    If this card is banished, your opponent selects and executes one of the following effects:
    Banish one card from your hand
    Reveal one card in your hand; Banish cards from the top of your deck equal to 12 minus the level of that card. (spell and trap cards count as level zero, If you have no cards in your hand, banish twelve cards)

    If you have no response, Nightmare's effect will activate, forcing you to either banish a card from your hand, or reveal a card then banish cards from your deck equal to 12 minus that card's level.

If this card would be destroyed, place one Entropic Counter on this card instead. This card loses 500 DEF for each Entropic Counter on this card. If this face-up defense position card battles a monster with ATK higher than this card's DEF, inflict the difference as battle damage to this card's controller. When this card's DEF is 0, destroy it.
    It reduces its defense to 2000, and switches to defense mode.

    Getting past her once isn't too hard.. Unless the opponent uses Waboku, or threatening, or any of the other cards that make her completely unkillable.. But getting past her the second time when you don't have honest is hard. She revives the same turn that she is killed, so Solemn wont work on her unless it's set in advance. She also gets her effect immediately after she revives, and you can use that LP for ancient leaf. One drain followed by one hit is game, so you can win very easily with her and setting five, as it's impossible to remove her with only one card, and even if you can make a play with PoG, she'll just come back next turn.

    Also, you could make it so that her revive effect doesn't work when the monster that destroyed her is DIVINE, then make an equip card that is the sacred weapon and makes the monster also treated as DIVINE.

    Edit: I feel like making a custom counter-card for Honest. It would be a quick-play spell called Deceit that can only be used during damage calc, and reverses all attack modifications until the end of the damage step. So if you're equipped with axe of despair, you lose 1000 attack, but even an honest used in an earlier chain link than deceit will cause loss of attack.
