The graveyard was, for the most part, a pretty standard looking graveyard with markings. There were a few that stood out from all the rest however. A larger gravestone seemed to be in the distance with several names attached to it. And over in the eastern corner there was actually a gravemarker that had... well, a keyblade standing up at the space. The marker was low to the ground and every now and again, the darkness drew close to it, and a slightly flicker of light happened and pushed the darkness away temporarily, and it continued with this pattern. More ominously however, was the crypt that was opened, and seeping darkness out from it. That was where the source of the whispering sound was. --- The figure found another building to lock themselves into it. The heartless continued on with their attack, trying to get through the door. There were a total of five darkballs following them, and four shadows. And they were ready to attack this person, not really noticing the keyblade wielders until they were really close. Darkballs 5/5 (each takes 15 BP each to defeat) Shadows 4/4 (each taking a total of 5 BP to defeat)
Kaida watched the heartless fly away and let her keyblade dissipate. She sighed about it getting away, but at least it would hold off on damage for the time being. When Baymax gave them all a lollipop and Hiro explained his plan and everything with the upgrades, her first comment was, "I want a lollipop... uh, I mean. Yeah. Upgrades. So is he gonna actually up grade the keyblades then? Cause that'd be cool." she walked on over towards Kel and said, "Whaddya think, Kel? We saw him do the whole initial thing with Baymax but imagine a cool and unique suited up keyblade with all the power to fight heartless and look cool while doing it?" Kaida kind of posed a bit in the middle of her monologue before thinking, "I mean, unless he just puts you into the same Baymax armor... I wonder if he makes that in smaller sizes."
As the splitting of the group was finally determined, and groups had taken their respective paths. Ria reappeared in front of the caved in cave, pushing at it slightly saying, "This *was a horrible idea... we could have gotten them before they woke up..." there was silence before they said, "No... I need them. For now. But once things are settled, I know this'll be the best route... if only I could get to that extractor..." Ria clenched their fist before chuckling and saying, "I think I used it correctly, but you would disagree, huh, Alder?" there was a bit of silence between themselves before whispering, "Of course..." and they faded on back into the darkness. --- The paved road led them down a pretty winding path, and eventually to the top of another mountain. The paved road still continued downward towards a valley, and revealed a village below. The village was swirling the darkness, but the village seemed to be in... operation? The machinery of the village was clicking and clacking, stuff that looked to be factories. There seemed to be not a soul in sight though. And even as the sun rose higher, it just couldn't break the shadows of the village. That was, until a flash of light happened near a factory, and suddenly a figure was running, being chased by several heartless. From the way the heartless slashed at them, they appeared to not be on the friendliest of terms. --- Down the dirt road, the viewing distance only became harder and harder to see. This was until the path simply, seemed to end. With a wall. But as they edged along, they should have been able to find a gate that was locked tight. The whispering was much louder and with greater intensity than before, but it somehow ended up less and less... human. There was a loud cawing noise up ahead. Not the call of the blue birds or anything but definitely something along the lines of a raven. Right by the gate was a sign labelled Orphic Coast Graveyard
Hello everyone, and welcome to our first ever Community Meeting! With these meetings, we will discuss the current state of a community event/activity and see what can be kept, changed, or improved upon. Any and all ideas are encouraged of course (as long as they abide by our rules), and at the end of the meeting, we will have a vote to put in these changes. This first meeting we will be discussing the KHV Chorus/Karaoke Night. We will be touching upon the following subjects: The schedule of Karaoke Night The themes/song choices for Karaoke Night The state of KHV Chorus, and the want to see more collaboration projects again The Achievements System Sending in lines/mixing Potential other projects KHV Chorus could tackle How each Karaoke Night is presented (Youtube/KHV Radio/Discord) The Rules of KHV Chorus and Karaoke Night We will be holding this meeting based on when the majority of those interested can meet. We understand time zones are a problem and we apologize if we cannot accommodate for all time zones. Some of you might have to slug at a late night/early morning time. Please provide your best schedule for the meeting if you are interested. We expect the meeting to last at least 2 hours. It is quite possible it could take less or more time than that, (especially more). If you have to leave early or come in late, that is fine. But just so it is known, voting will be at the end of the meeting Please note: The meeting will be primarily held in voice chat on the discord server. However, a chat will be created for those who cannot speak and someone will keep summary of what is going on if you cannot join the voice chat at all. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Kaida had also done... not pretty much nothing. She had done nothing. Theoretically she should have done something by this point but perhaps it was due to the incompetence of the player. No matter. Kaida heard Hikaru's suggestion and thought about it for only a moment before saying, "Maybe. Trying it couldn't hurt, right?" especially since Hikaru seemed fairly certain. Kaida summoned on out Whittling Promises and pointed it and aimed it the best she could towards one of the cogs, seeming in pretty deep focus about it. She yelled out to Kel, "Hey, Kel. Just so ya know, I'm using blizzard on this big heartless cog making thing. If you need it later, I'm sorry." and she looked back at the cog and shouted, "Blizzard!" Once it hit the cog, she charged at it directly and joined in on the assault. In her preferred form of helping out. Hacking and slashing as fast as she could, hoping she was cutting off quite a bit of damage. Unbeknownst to her, Kel probably thought she was a crazy woman. Maybe not. Many of these new ones are stretched in too thin. while there are a few stretched out to thick. I feel like you're not keeping "maintain aspect ratio" clicked. Kaida hadn't particularly answered Hikaru's question since Glen well... seemed to handle it in a more humorous manner. But as they followed him into the house, it was a lovely house. But as she noticed the details of the room and the conversation happened, it turned out Hiro did in fact lose someone important to him... relatively recent in fact. And Kaida's face clearly showed the regret of those words. But when the mention of the masked man being caught helped with his emotional state, Kaida felt like she could use this as a way to sort of repent for those thoughts, since she had verbalized them anyway. When Hikaru mentioned that Kaida looked over and said, "...How? We're kind of, invisible. Unless we can like, steal this kind of stuff... hacking. Dang, where's DJ when you need him this would have been great." Kaida stretched a bit and said, "So we're catching a guy in a mask, huh? That's our goal for this? Sounds good to me. Especially if it uh, helps with his loss, ya know? I'm not sure if there's another way we could help him."
