Aalis walked forward nervously, pulling her fan off of back and pressing a switch to draw out the sword. She quickly ran on over and attempted to slash at Agni before quickly backing up and letting out a huge swipe of air. She felt herself start to have her throat scratch and she felt herself bubble up a little and she stopped. She knew the feeling was coming and she said, "Nononono. Not-" Suddenly, Aalis coughed, and she covered her mouth and looked around to see if she was dead. She took a sigh of relief when she realized nothing happened before she turned around and saw a crowd of people attempting to evacuate. An older gentleman was now... cheese. A full on statue of cheese. A couple of people running had stopped to behold the sight and Aalis sighed and said, "Noooo, please tell me he still has a pulse-" Aalis coughed again and the man sprung back to life and began running away as if nothing happened. Aalis paused and looked over and pointed, "That was an interesting one huh? Anyway." Aalis began to charge at Agni once more.
Take listened to the king's response about their weapons, and heard the others explain them, but they didn't really... show them. It could be hard for them to believe whether or not they were telling the truth and he completely understood that from all his years in a guarded village. Take took a moment and said, "I'm about to show an example, I promise I won't do anything rash, it is just to make this appear and go away. Sorry in advance to the guards." Take raised his hand up and summoned the keyblade out in front of him and held it, "This weapon, it's called a keyblade. And it definitely defeats the creatures." Take then released it and summoned it away, quickly holding up his hands just in case the guards were at his throat, "It's gone, okay, I won't do anything. We want to fight these creatures as much as you do, they've hurt us and they've hurt our superiors. Whatever we can do to help I assure you is mutually beneficial."
Mora began leading the group out of the cave, looking occasionally back over to the sleeping people still in the world as she rose up the ladder. Once above, she kept the hatch open and waited until everyone was caught up before she began making her way back towards the village. When she got to the end of the path, which opened up to a clearing, that was when she noticed all of the heartless surrounding the home she intended to lead them too... including the dark side. Mora freaked out and looked over at the rest of them and said, "We... we're gonna have to fight through them... I don't know if you guys can get all of them, but we need to get into that house." she pointed towards it, where there seemed to be this invisible bubble around the house keeping the heartless from getting inside, but some of them were persistent and running into the barrier only to fade away. A couple of shadows noticed the team and began running up to meet them. It would be a lovely sight if they were friendly and wanted some hugs, but it was clear they were out for blood. There is no set amount of posts or heartless destroyed, just make it convincing.
All I want... and hear me out here... is a fight where you are Riku... fighting Sora. Like, we haven't really gotten one? We usually have Sora fighting Riku, and the closest we got to a Riku fighting Sora fight was in Chain of Memories and... well it wasn't Sora. I want a scenario where Sora does something just... stupid (for lack of a better word) and ends up in a situation where Riku needs to snap him out of it. Maybe with this whole plot of Sora "channeling the darkness" where Sora just goes too far. Maybe his separation from Ventus ends up with him at a weak point where he's easily manipulated. Just, a chapter, where Riku gets to fight Sora and bring him back. I need to have the satisfaction of seeing Riku beat the daylights out of Sora for a change... even if it's unlikely.
I usually buy through Amazon or Google Play Store. Sometimes patrons will release their stuff for dl if you have a pledge going and I get some music on my playlists through those too. Admittedly though, if I've already bought the MP3 before and have lost the file, I tend to DL off of youtube. As well as if an artist just, doesn't have a download link to buy their stuff or download it (I find myself asking before I do lately though). There's also just... songs I can't BUY without going through shady dealings because of region locks and a LOT of my favorite artists are region locked. It's kind of hard to resist the temptation of youtube to mp3 converters since they're so easy to find and use lately. And there's so many of them that even if one gets shut down, another usually pops up and takes it's place. I'm not really here to talk about the morality of youtube converters since we've all heard it before. But I personally will find a way to usually support the artist if I can't do it through obtaining their music properly... and unfortunately it's still a problem.
Blood for blood. Blood for blood.
Takehiko wasn't exactly interested in whether or not the city was beautiful. He really wasn't appreciative of architecture as much as he was natural wonders. But they needed help with the heartless it seemed. When he heard Tinarah mentioned Choma and his influence. Didn't really seem to matter to him, maybe Choma would have made it an easier fight but he was already learning faster on this little adventure of there's to find the Light Chaser, it was probably better that he wasn't there so they could adapt and grow as a result. At least, that was how he saw it. Take looked at the person and said, "We'll help you out... I mean... this is probably connected to what we're looking for anyway, we might as well help your city while we're here." Take also noted to himself that it would buy them some time before Choma returned or... what's his name returned. Take rubbed the back of his head and looked at the others, "We... we are gonna help them, right?" he wanted to make sure he didn't just make an executive order that the others disagreed with.
C... Cal, dear. Or ignore the dear if you hate it. You weren't gone for 12 years. You were gone for 6-7 months... we're a forum of people who hold grudges from people in 2006 who haven't been on in years and probably don't remember the site back. And only a pinch of the population is new. We know who you are. Now, if you mean "oh they remembered me being here within the time to count for these awards". Then sure, I can see where that's surprising. But in terms of just, the overall... most of us don't have brain damage and forget things that quick. (an aside: the brain damage joke, that's actually a jab at Lux, not a jab at anyone else who has brain damage. i mean unless you like those? I'll just take lux killing me thank you)
My personal favorite line that everyone who talks to me has probably already heard: "Ya know, spaghetti is straight until it gets wet, babe."
Mora looked between all of them and started, "Well... Ria kept mumbling to themselves a couple of times. I... I don't know like he was having some sort of conversation with multiple people... I don't get it myself. But one time, he was talking about how some.. extractor's functions didn't finish, which is why it worked out in his favor. And he mentioned the scientist who worked on it... I, don't know his name but I know where he lived. Maybe, we need to find a way to make it so the extractor completes it's function?" Mora looked unsure, like she didn't know too many details about it, but she looked like she thought it made sense, "I don't know if you guys have a better idea... but uh, I know a place Ria can't get us in. It's, well, it's the house I was hiding in before... there's a protective magic around it he gets repelled by. We could try and get there to talk it out without worrying about... you know." Mora looked around to make sure heartless weren't already popping up.

Melus was now curious, very curious. Enough where she was quiet at first to listen to everyone and she tried to get a look at the tracker but was too mentally distracted to really pay attention to what was going on on it. After a little bit Melus took a step back and gave Kiara a quick once-over before saying, "You know, I'm trusting the ol' man for now, since I have no reason to doubt his decision making so far... so..." Melus walked a little closer with her hands on her hips saying, "I'm wondering how good you must be at a fight." Melus realized what she said and she backed up waving her hands up, "That's not a challenge. I'm just thinking out loud... so... Kar-Kiara. What's your style? You more of the push ahead and hit 'em fast type? The i'll give you one really good hit and you'll cry type? the i'll take every hit and not even flinch type?" Melus was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. After a very good deal of silence she said, "Oh, I'm ready by the way... you can... ignore me if you'd like... I guess... just... curious about you. Curious about all of you in fact... but being promoted to a leader role that quick ain't no small thing."
