When Kaida was placed against Cat, she started to ready herself as Cat was. Cat got into a fighting stance and Kaida took a deep breath and said, "I know you're not her, but the fact that you're posing as Cat angers me. You better fight like her to be worthy of that imitation." as Kaida got into her stance as well, Cat smirked, and then responded, "Come at me then." Kaida knew she wasn't going to be much use in terms of strength, she knew speed was her advantage. So Kaida began to dash, as if running straight for Cat. Then as she made a motion as if she was going to throw, Kaida dodge rolled and threw it at Cat's legs. The data-creation quickly understood what was going on and jumped up to let the disc pass. As Kaida's disc moved to return, Cat threw her disc at Kaida's disc and it knocked Kaida's away while Cat's rebounded into Kaida. Kaida let out a low growl before running after her disk. Cat caught her's and tried to throw it at Kaida again for a second attack. Kaida managed to successfully dodge the second one as she picked up her disc. Kaida did a bit of a cartwheel and threw the disc at Cat as she did so. And Cat simply just didn't move in time before it hit her. Kaida and Cat's discs returned to their respective hands at the same time before they clashed with each other for a bit with a back and forth. Kaida got a few points in, Cat in return got a few points in. And just as Kaida took a pause to catch herself. She was suddenly hit by Rinzler's disc and she growled before throwing her disc at Cat as hard as she could. Which Cat attempted to deflect but it broke through and got her and Kaida caught the disc before yelling, "IS THAT ALL YOU'VE GOT?" Take knew that in terms of the darkness, the heartless definitely made an appearance near the cave. And he was admittedly worried more about his master, and the fact that they left her alone with a stranger. He wasn't in love with the initial idea to begin with, leaving her there. So now that there was an opportunity to go back, Take had every intent to do just that. Plus, the likelihood of the creatures appearing outside of town was probably more so, easier to gather strength when away from the populace. Take didn't really tell anyone he was heading towards the cave, since some of the people were already gone. As Take heading towards the cave, he was running more so than taking his time. He didn't want to waste a moment looking around at everything. He was ready to summon his keyblade out at any time. He didn't seem to tired with the run either. Take was used to running up and down mountains as a warm-up in his homeworld. This terrain was nothing compared to that. He made sure to keep his eyes out for any creatures appearing just in case they did exactly that when he didn't expect it.
Uva quickly kicked a button on her boots to activate the combat side of them and she began charging at Agni and kicked at her a few times. She reached to activate the dust, making a little elemental charge to her boots with ice, hoping that'd help cool her off a bit before she began her kicking again. All of Uva's attacks were done with her feet. Her arms were out in an interesting way in order to keep balance and to grapple someone if they tried to kick her farther away from them. As Agni went and threw some fire in her direction, she backed up and activated her semblance, causing the blades on her boots to extend a little so she wasn't so close anymore than she'd get burned alive, but close enough for it to not be considered ranged combat or anything of the sort.
Eh I kind of gave up after most people were dismissive

The person above me is the best person on this forum hands down.
Sleep is for the weak.
Ria was doing his best at dodging most of the attacks, trying to parry as much as much of the light as he could before one of them got him in the chest, then he was winded and the light clearly hurt him more than other attacks normally would. He ended up getting hit three times before he allowed himself to fall forward. The darkness below him swallowed him in very quickly and the darkness disappeared for but a moment. But a noise was quickly heard from above, as a black long-haired male with less masculine features slammed on down after him, throwing a few darkness attacks at him as he came after him in a downward slashing motion.
hey the music at the reveal was awesome so I'm okay with this
...uh fearless? I think you added something that isn't supposed to be here. I... think?
Ria immediately caught the keyblade with one of his blades, holding it firmly to block the Light Chaser. As he did so, darkness began swirling around at his feet. Ria's face quickly changed from that of an effeminate silver haired male to that of a masculine, black haired male as he said in a different voice, "Let's try and make this slightly honorable, swine." before he tried stabbing into his gut with the other keyblade.
"Oh, so we have a challenger I see?" Ria turned over towards the light chaser and looked him up and down before saying, "Ya know, the thing about light is that it casts very large shadows that just might not be under your control. So, you want to smite me? I had 9 children of pure light try to kill me, and they only got so far." Ria raised up their hands and summoned out two keyblades, "You wanna give me an extra keyblade for my ever growing collection? I mean, your weak little card says you've got one. I'd love to have it."

Ria turned towards Relli and smirked, "Weren't you one of the people I killed?"
Ria looked among the list of these supposed "best roleplay antagonist nominees" and their supposed acts of antagonism. And for but a moment, he was amused, before he laughed and said, "Really? This is the competition I get? Two angsty teenagers, a maleficent ripoff, some fake master with a light complex, and a wannabe nintendo villain?" Ria crossed his arms and shook his head, "Honestly, these accomplishments they've made are meager and weak, and how close are any of them to accomplishing their goals? Meanwhile, over here half of supposed "protagonists" died by MY hand. My plans are almost at their peak, and you're telling me this is the level I've sunk to? Where is the blood they've shed?" Ria shook their head and said, "I guess we've got near attempts at kills... maybe one person who succeeded in killing people? It's pretty vague, and possibly a red herring anyway. So come on, kids. Is there really any competition here? What's the point in kicking puppies when you can murder them while they're excited for a treat? I could probably take all of these guys down in a fight. Come at me, scrubs."
...OH MY GOD ARCH WONDER ISN'T ON HERE WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT also i may forever vote the kitties
a'hyuck
Stabby as a ship now has this strange layer of irony to it for me.
Yeah, it's a bit old at this point. In fact, there are some things that were fixed up after this thread was made that people've told me. For example: autobattling raid bosses is a thing now. A luxury I didn't get to experience when I was playing, and of course only popped up after I quit. But it's the story that just sucks me away, I just have this urge to know WHY this has to be significant to KH3... despite there being virtually no plot. It's the backdrop of UX that is more important than the actual plot of UX and that just always rubbed me the wrong way. At this point I'm more than willing to let others experience the game for me unless something super game-changing happens. And the fact that a "new world" is coming to UX just bothers me more than it really should, because if it ends up a world I REALLY wanted in Kingdom Hearts, I'm still gonna have to pass it up because I just can't even deal with UX anymore. Plus, everyone knows UX put me in debt for a little while. I'm sure others were worst but it almost makes it feel toxic to want to be sucked into a world of jewels and "stoned avatars" as someone once eloquently put it.
