The point of freedom of speech is that you may attack and others may attack you but neither party can try and suppress the other. As for this, there is a time and a place. I just don't see how swearing in the classroom could be in any way productive.

I think the main problem people have with it is how do they know how much tap water people drink? You could still overdose on it (although if you drink enough water it will kill you on it's own >_>) The OP does seem extremely biased against the idea to begin with.
