*Shrugs* They know I have 0 support for thier little "marriage' so this is par for course. Not like it has any connections to how I feel about the event, which was fun. Went pretty much how I expected it, but still fun.
Given what's she done to you at times, were you ever?
For the second time today Chrono had been snapped at for asking a simple question. Was his timing that bad? That thought lasted for all of a few seconds before the realization that it had been Take who had lashed out at him this time. The surprise that followed lasted a bit after Chrono had responded with, "It's cool, don't worry." One thing was for certain, he wasn't okay. Standing there he listened as Take gave his thoughts regarding the Master of Masters. Then came the more personal information and the only thing Chrono did was to stand there and allow Take to speak. Anything that he had to say could wait until after his friend was done speaking. When that moment came, nothing was said at first. Chrono wanted to make sure he had his own thoughts in order before speaking. "Emotions aren't exactly easy to shut off, they're what make us human." Having said that out loud, he didn't quite like the way it sounded. He meant what he said, but it sounded a little bit on the cheesy side. With a sigh Chrono walked forward and placed his hand on Take's shoulder. "Look, I'm going to be honest. I don't know exactly what kind of training you had to go through to get rid of your emotion, nor do I know what it feels like to have to deal with dragons that feed off of those emotions." It had to be horrible. That much he could say for certain. "What I do know is that you're not weak for having those emotions. It's okay to feel emotions at times and we won't think poorly of you for feeling them." Of course this was coming from someone who would honestly make a crap solider. He would question orders and in some cases outright disobey orders if it was something that he completely didn't agree with. It was a good thing that he choose to avoid any career that had to do with the military prior to obtaining his keyblade.
It was quite the group that he'd found himself working with for the time being. Nothing that would change his mind regarding his decision to help them out in their endeavor, an act like that would look extremely poorly on him as well as his resolve. However the fact that his medallion was vibrating as much as it currently was would be something Lumen would have to get accustomed to. When the tavern owner said she would take the to rooftop in order to provide an overwatch of sorts, Lumen considered which path he should take. Ideally if the prison break could be done stealthy, it would good. Lumen wasn't the best when it came to circumstances like that. Not that he couldn't, but luck would always be against him and bite him in the rear. "I suppose I'll be the first to volunteer for the distraction group."
Zephyr gave Selena a nod, pocketing the vial that she had handed him right as someone else had entered the town hall. Having spent years dealing with people cutting their eyes at him or looking away so that they could whisper their gossip, Zephyr had gotten good at noticing the small little expression people made at times. So Kyo's glances towards Thea and Selena as well as Jack's brief expression of anger were not lost on Zephyr. It raised an internal eyebrow to all this that lead to equal concern. "Yeah, nice to meet you too." Jack seemed like he was a nice guy, which was good to know. Thea soon came up asking if she could go see the kitten. Zephyr didn't really mind as he was more curious about what he had just learned, but he didn't think that they would just allowed him to waltz in and see some of the old records. "I don't see the harm in us all going." He said with a shrug. He didn't mind cats either so why not.
With it being agreed upon that they would head to the castle together, Chrono didn't hesitate to follow behind Moira. When they had gotten there, Chrono had taken a brief look at the scenery around them before turning attention to Cerdic. "Remember anything helpful?" It was worth a shot asking and it did beat standing around looking at the greenery while he waited. After a bit Chrono had turned his attention towards the castle that overlooked them, curious as to what was inside those castle walls.
Hearing familiar voice, Kel turned to see Aislinn waving in his direction. Kel returned the wave, saying "It did, no worries here." Suddenly the blue hair teen found himself being pulled in, followed by an excited Kaida exclaiming in excitement. "I see no reason why not, we all passed everything they threw at us!" A little excitement of his own had leaked out, but there was nothing wrong with that. They had earned the right to be excited. Kel was surprised to see Aux had approached him. "We found some missing cops and stopped a crazy bird." Being that he was still within earshot of Aislinn and Stratos, he heard part of what they were saying but didn't really say anything on it until. "You danced the hula?" Clearly confused despite the official declaration of them becoming masters and some of the perks it came with.
From his sprinting approach, Vallus was able to get a good feel for the situation that he found himself running in to join. The short of it was that the three who had gone on ahead to fight them were in need of help, Finlay especially. A bland head on wouldn't help at all, however he could find a way to make it work in his favor. Which each step that he took,Vallus had been keeping a mental note of space between him and his target, the uniform wearing male. His foot hit the ground right when he reached a suitable range and time was frozen. His approached never stopped even as time was frozen and eventually was followed by his own modified Zantesuken. As his blade was drawn, he sliced through the arm of Uniform that held down Finlay just as time had resumed.
The council hadn't been exactly what he was expecting. Tinarah's story he had heard part of it prior to arriving her so hearing about the bridge part again only bothered him slightly. Following that Chrono listened to the story silently absorbing the information, not making and external reactions til the mention of another Torrin came up. Compared to when he first ran into him, Chrono did trust him more. There was still some weariness around him, but there was no blatant distrust. The icing on the cake was when yet another version of himself as mentioned, this one suffering by far a worse fate. First there's the 'me' on that bridge, then there a heartless monster of me. What gives!? Not only as his frustrated by that, but the fact that something like that could've been done through experiments bothered him greatly and reminded him of the lab he'd followed his mother into before she died. When the meeting had ended and everyone gone their own ways, he had stood around for a little bit. The sounds of a piano being played had reached him shortly after leaving the room that they had gathered in and reminded him that he still needed to return Tinarah's violin. Now didn't seem like the best of times to do so, not with her having to retell all that she's been through. Take on the other hand seemed bothered by something. Chrono then walked around til he found himself outside, fortunately seeing Take and the man he'd greeted before checking on his sister this morning engaged in conversation. He didn't see the harm in joining them, especially seeing as how he was still concerned about his friend, thus he spoke up to make his presence known. "Hey, is everything alright."
Chrono had no idea what it was that Daeni was going on about, but that was nothing new. When it came to either going to the castle as a group or splitting up, Chrono wanted to say that he didn't care either way. That would be a lie though. He was tired of losing things and being unable to do anything to prevent it. At the very least as a group the odds of handling whatever arose would be increased in their favor to some degree. "Let's just go as a group, it's not like anyone here knows what to do with the extractor." Cerdic had soon spoken up with a risky plan of his own. "And what if you do run into Ria? You're as good as dead then."
He was actually a bit surprised to hear that Maliel hadn't visited her sister at all. Zephyr knew that if he was in this situation that his sister would visit him and vice versa. The fact that she wasn't told anything about it confused him. You'd tell the family if something came up that prevented them from visiting one another right? That whole thing didn't sit right him, not one bit. Hearing the whisper, Zephyr crouched down to her level so that hear her easily. From that point onward Zephyr listened intently to what he was told. His eyes even glance towards the servant chasing the boy before refocusing on the girl. Things weren't adding up, why would they start taking the kids away from here when this was made to keep them safe from the flute. "Is there anything else you can tell me?" Nothing about what he was told sat well with him at all, especially with Thea being around.
The first thing that Kel did upon arriving in Shibuya was to check his own appearance. Body wise he was back to normal and while his hair was still spiky, there weren't actual spikes lined in his hair. His self inspection had been finished right as Stratos had clapped his hands together. "Yeah, sounds like it will be worth all the tasks we've done." If you had asked him that before what he thought about being a master, then he probably would've been unsure about the whole thing. Now there was a clear desire to attain that title for it would give him something unique to him. Well not compared to his comrades anyway.
Chrono was silent as Atmos's sister made a portal and left the room. He didn't know who this 'Master Selene' was, but if she was around Tinarah's newfound height, then it should be find using her clothes."She's okay for the most part." Recalling the incident earlier with Tinarah and the other girl, he knew that he couldn't say that she was fine. When Atmos's sister had returned with clothes in hand, Chrono took them and gave an appreciative nod. "Thank you." With the clothes in hand Chrono had returned to Tinarah's room and placed them down on her bed. With that being taken care of, Chrono thought it'd be best to inform Tinarah that she had a fresh set of clothing waiting for her. He ventured towards the kitchen and upon arriving, looked around for any signs of his sister. His search was a short one for he spotted her speaking to Master Choma. "Oh Tinarah." Was the first thing he said upon spotting the group. "I put the clothes on the bed in your room." He then noticed that she was holding out her wrist and Chrono was surprised to see a lack of scars on them. "Your wrist? It healed up?"
The heartless had been defeated and Baymax started to fade away as a result. Not before landing so that Kel could get off of his back and offered a fist bump to the robot. It wasn't the destructive fist bump that he'd use on heartless, just an average every day one that the Baymax happily obliged. Everything else was wrapped up shortly after they had dealt with the heartless. From the looks of it, yeah they were pretty much done here. "I suppose so." If this really was their last task then they were done, both with this world and the Mark of Mastery.
Zephyr had a feeling that this was Maliel's sister, so the confirmation was good to know. With a light chuckle, Zephyr returned the smile. "No problem." He couldn't deny that he was curious as to why her sister hadn't visited her. At night was understandable, but that still left during the day. "Is there a reason your sister hasn't come by? Maybe its related to her work." After all she did work for the mayor and the mayor wasn't exactly someone you could disobey. Not that he's ever interacted with a mayor prior til now. His home had a village head who was an uncle of sorts to Zephyr.
Chrono was caught off guard by the initial response he was given. When the door opened and Master Atmos had responded in a tone bearing a stark contrast to the one before, Chrono peaked past Master Atmos and noticed the hint of red on the cheek of her sister. Quite the debate then. He could've commented on how he didn't know she had a sister, but it wasn't a big deal or anything like that. "Do you have any...spare clothes that Tinarah could wear?" At no point did he ever think he'd be asking someone that.
Chrono returned the nod that he had received from Take as he walked off with his sister. It was only the second day that he's seen her and getting used to the fact that she was suddenly older was still a work in progress. Chrono walked over to Master Atmos's door and gave it a quick couple of knocks. "Master Atmos, I have a favor to ask." Hopefully she had something that Tinarah could wear or magic up some clothing. Seeing as this was outside his realm of expertise, any one of those methods of getting clothing would've been suitable as far as he was concerned.
In the end the answer to his question had been to eat. Chrono just stood there idly as Tinarah commented on the food, not much there that he could actually comment on himself. Chrono was just content in seeing his sister eat something in her current condition. It was a relief to the long list of concerns that he had. "I could find someone that could provide you with clothing, if you want." He offered having recalled what the other girl had said before she'd walked out of the room. Most likely he'd go find Master Atmos and see if she could help at all.
Its my one job and I do it well
Chrono was equally as confused by the what awaited them on the other side of the door and what Tinarah had said. Yet another thing he wanted to ask about, but knew it would be best to wait. "Either way we should give her some space." He wasn't fond of how the other girl had said that she could hurt Tinarah if she wanted too, but he didn't make any comments on that. His sister's condition was the bigger issue at hand. Really any of the suggestions made would help in some way and he was more inclined to lean towards her eating something first. He turned to face Tinarah, asking. "What do you want to do?"
