This is an Axis Powers Hetalia RP.

Story:

The world has yet again entered into war. This time being triggered by a fight between America and China. While at a World Conference, the two got in a spat over the debt America owes to China. This little struggle turned into a war, separating the two as Allies. Now the other countries must choose which side they will support in this third world war.

Can America stop stuffing his face with Hamburgers long enough to make some friends, or will China get all the buddies?

Rules:
1) No godmodding or power playing.
2) No more than three characters per person.
3) Keep romance and violence to PG-13. If you want to go further take it to PM.
4) To let me know you read the rules, put pasta in your post.
5) These rules can be changed.
6) Stick to KHV rules as well as these.
7) Try to stay in character, don't have Germany a little wuss or something.
8) For the sake of characters, if any of the countries listed below has merged with another, they are just living in their "house". So, Prussia is still able to be played as, but would just live in Germany's house.
