His father was a kinder man, a bit too relaxed, where as his mother was a fire cracker, but bright and brilliant and nicer that the average person. At the age of three, Lewis understood what happened to his parents with retaliative ease, but seems he seemed rather cold and distant, after the incident. Although he would never let anyone know, his dad left in his will, that if he were ever infected, to leave his larger than average sword in the hands of his son, for protection and he wields it to this day. Before the breeders center was destroyed, he met a woman and had three children, one of which was a miscarriage. They along with the girl were infected when the center was destroyed. He is as of now, living in the ruins of Las Vegas, very few infected live there, and he has survived for a fair amount of time with ease.
