Oathkeeper is definitely Sora's standard weapon. If you notice, Terra and Aqua's Keyblades get a second form in Earthshaker and Stormfall. Sora doesn't since Kingdom Key is the one TRUE Keyblade, signifying that he was the first Keyblade Weilder in his generation. Riku and Kairi get different Keyblades because they weren't as significant as Sora until much later.

That said, if Oathkeeper was Sora's standard weapon, like Rainfell (Aqua) or Ends of the Earth (Terra), it would get a second form, like Aqua and Terra's did.
