Right. First thing's first: Don't break them up. While there is a small chance she'd forgive you, it'd take a long time for her to. It's possible she may not forgive you for it at all, and then not only will you not have someone to love, but you'd have one less friend to. Just wait, if it's meant to be it'll happen.
