Really excited for this show. Obviously I'm a huge fan of Arrow so seeing another DC show being spun out of it is kinda of a big deal. And Arrow s2 setting up stuff for this show is great. Can't wait for the crossovers. But please don't make too many.

No. Layer the defense to give yourself all kinds of outs all you want, but that doesn't change the fact that you defending someone is unprecedented and therefore cause for raising an eyebrow. I think the only thing I've seen him in is Saving Private Ryan. But I kinda resist giving Aquaman to him. Idk it just seems like a bad move. I would rather the role be given to someone less known and less known for being in only action movies. someone a little more subtle I guess. Though like I said, I know basically nothing about Damon. New 52 Aquaman is one of my very favorite things and I really don't want to see the general public's perception of the character to be any more damaged than it already is. I also don't want the character to be viewed as this gun-toting badass action hero. I want the conflicted, Shakespearean, unwilling heir to the throne that had previously been claimed by his brother that Geoff Johns graced us with.
Jiku, having said nothing to anybody the entire game except voting and posting stats (to my knowledge), coming out and defending someone seems suspicious to me.

So apparently the inevitable Justice League movie has been confirmed now. This comment accurately sums up my feelings and expectations for this whole thing. And WHAT, why is Shazam not in this continuity? I don't get this. I want to reserve judgement on the "DCCU" until we get farther than one movie into it, but right now it's looking... terrible. imo. Although maybe Shazam not being in this muddled continuity is a good thing. Wonder Woman not even having her own movie planned yet shows you how messed up this whole thing is. As I said in my post in the Superman/Batman thread, I'm just so shocked by all of this I can't articulate my thoughts.
I don't have a source other than this article but apparently Cyborg has been added to the film. Ugh. What? I can't even process this right now. DC trying to force Cyborg on people yet again. And with the Justice League movie coming what is the point of this movie now? I didn't even want a Superman/Batman movie in the first place because we needed more time with Superman, but now there's Wonder Woman, Nightwing (I think), and now Cyborg. And that's all I know of. I'm sure there will be more. The hype for this movie is so low right now. I want to say more but I'm just so floored by this I can't even think straight.
I can't even comprehend someone thinking Pizza Hut is not the best. Like I don't even care about any of the other big names because they're not Pizza Hut. Although my favorite pizza is from a local place because they give you these massive slices and their barbecue chicken is the best ever. Though I think my favorite part about them is the atmosphere. I really like the feel of eating outside in the city. And because there are train tracks partially above the restaurant and a flood wall to the side it feels cozy. And getting there always requires a relatively short walk because of parking, which on a nice day can be enjoyable.
