sooo im finally done with one piece. giant massive huge comprehensive one piece discussion thread imminent. need time to let it all sink in though.
kinda surreal to think about where i was back in january and feb and now it's june.

At some point they started printing the volumes with the names of the arcs at the top but they half-assed it. When New World started they just called everything New World, instead of breaking it up into Fishman Island and Punk Hazard and stuff. This really bugs me, though it probably won't most people.
I haven't looked at every volume to see just how bad it is, though I've seen some and it's apparent that they're not putting enough care into it to be accurate so whatever.
I know the ones that I had said "East Blue" at the top so perhaps they're doing it by overarching arc, but that doesn't quite work either.

I also noticed that in early volumes the grunt pirates used really generic, typical pirate vernacular which bugs me as well since that's not how they actually talk in One Piece. I don't know if they kept doing this in later volumes.

i have toyed with the idea of buying the manga but 1, holy **** thats a lot of money, 2, i had the first 5 at one point and was not in love with the translation, and 3, they ****ed up the arc headers, if you're not going to do that wonderful idea right don't do it at all.

BBS's was immensely helpful because of command melding. I can't even describe.
My KH2's is just a pile of papers between two covers. None of them are attached anymore.
When I first played KH I printed a walkthrough out and used that as a guide because I didn't have it.
