About 90%-95% of the music I listen to is from the 21st century. But I do quite like The Beatles. :>

Amelia stopped dead in her tracks. She looked at the man who had spoken. She could feel the scared expression on her face, so she quickly changed it to one of confidence. She stood up straight, sizing up the man. He looked tough, but she thought she could hold her own. She waited for what the Mages would do.
Now this one has a contender. Which one is more stupid?
I sadfaced when I found out. ):
Continued: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/world/climate-change/dirty-image-puts-canada-in-climate-doghouse-at-copenhagen/article1390657/ Stephen Harper never seems to fail at embarrassing Canadians wherever he goes. Everyone I know and everyone my family knows, whether liberal or conservative, tend to agree. But think about it: if any country had such fields rich with oil and other fossil fuels, don't you think that country's government wouldn't want to take advantage of it?
Because they are. As long as it's John Lennon in charge and not Paul McCartney. *doesn't like Paul and his lyric-ruining powers* :B|: Speaking of Jimmy Page, I'm guessing you've heard of Them Crooked Vultures, no? c: :=D: Luff you too. :glomp:
Amelia's excitement grew as the battlefield started to come into view. She was walking towards the end of the Mages' territory with nothing but the clothes on her back, save one change of clothes and a bit of food in a small bag slung over her shoulder. The sun had nearly set, and she needed to find a place to rest. She'd been walking all day. As she continued to walk, she noticed the glow of a bonfire a couple of hundred feet or so away, with some people gathered around it. Hopefully they'll accept me, she thought with an odd mix of self-consciousness and confidence. As she started to work her way in the direction of the fire, her eyes were adjusting to the quickly darkening evening. She noticed dark puddles in the sand. After a moment of wondering what they were, the smell hit her so suddenly that she stopped in her tracks. It reeked of iron and flesh. She forced a shriek back down her throat. You have to be strong, Amelia, she told herself. You're fighting now. She commenced walking towards the fire, not looking at the bloody sand. Something tripped her, and she landed nearly face first; her bag flew just out of reach. She looked back at her feet, and saw a body. She let out a terrified yell, sprang up, grabbed her bag, and ran for the group of people around the bonfire. OOC: @_@ long beginning post ftw. No time to proofread. yaaaay possible spelling/grammatical errors.
