While Nightmare was making havoc in the worlds, a strong presence dropped him to his knees. "This force...it's the same as that accursed sword, Soul Calibur. And that means Siegfried's near..." he growled. But he soon found two people in his way.
To Inferno, everything was quiet and time seemed slowed down. He didn't even notice how much Heartless was surrounding him. His face was expressionless. It was just...staring. He looked around him and everywhere. "So much darkness...so little light." he spoke to anyone who heard him. It wasn't his old voice, but it was his words. The Neoshadows jumped, ready to slash Inferno with their claws. He turned his stare towards the Heartless. Now I remember. he thought. Time for him went back to normal. Numerous chains shot out of his body and impaling the Heartless. But they didn't stop there. They went all over the world, killing all Heartless in its path. The chains even went through buildings just to reach them. But he was careful enough not to hurt any person, though some roofs that were grazed by a chain caught on fire. "Retreat." The chains pulled back at an incredible speed.
The Heartless that were impaled by the chain melted, leaving some green balls on the ground. But it caught on the ground and caused a zip-line pull on the body, heading towards the ground. The tongue chain got loose and re-entered his mouth just before he landed on all fours. That was close... His body absorbed the orbs. Faintly, there was the sound of swords clashing. Inferno ran towards the sound, causing a trail of fire in his tracks. When he got there, he saw one guy shoot a fireball at the other.
As soon as the fist made contact, Seifer spewed out a section from the Old Testament. Then he confessed all of his sins he ever commited to Genie. Finally, his head turned a 360 and climbed up the nearest wall on all fours, growling some unholy gibberish. "Nunpesta nal orn hic tum! Raaaahgghh!" Then he fell to the ground.
When Inferno got to the town square, it was uninhabited, except by a few people and some Heartless. This looks interesting...maybe I should try out my new arsenal... he thought while watching the fight in hiding. But who could miss a person made almost completely out of fire? He opened his mouth. A red hot chain replaced his tongue and went right through a few Heartless. Well, there goes my cover.
ooc: ...did i miss a huge chunk of the story? bic: At the lake, countless chains jetted out of the water at Inferno. What the?! he thought as they grabbed his body. He tried to escape, but they were pulling him back with a stronger force. Finally, after a struggle, they pulled him into the water which led to a rift in space. What's going on?! The chains that bound him were absorbed into his body. There was an opening in the rift up ahead. Inferno entered it and landed in The Great Maw. Ugh. Where am I? What the...AGH! Loops of chains sprouted from his body. He screamed a demonic roar from the pain. Then the chains retracted back. These chains seem to be a part of me now. They should prove useful. But I have to find out where I am. He left towards the town gate.
"M-mother?" Seifer asked Genie. "Mother? Is that you? You're here..." Since he was blind, all he saw was white, and what he thought was a shadow of a hand, so he thought he died. He reached out to take it. "Umm...excuse me miss?" Xaldin asked Leon. "Can I help you with anything?"
Ignis Fatuus lunged at the man who found him. The man screamed and tried to runfrom him, but it was too late. Ignis Fatuus already caught him by the throat. The fires that formed him charred the man to death. This is what you get...for finding me. I cannot be found, no matter what. He then threw the corpse into the lake. Steam and water vapor rose from where it landed. He walked over the water and looked at the full moon. He began to think about his life. Inferno, huh? Not a bad name. I could use a name change after all...
The pill turned out to be a giant flash grenade. It did, however and somehow, heal the broken bones. Seifer got up. "I'm blind! I'm blind..." he said. There was a body infront of him. He tripped over it and slammed his head into a door of a car, denting it.

Ignis Fatuus was walking near the lake where he had his body embraced by will-o-the-wisps. He came upon a spot in the grass where no plantlife grew. This is the spot...this is where I became It three years ago. he thought. I can no longer show my face to people. Not even my friends of family. Just thinking about them makes my heart burn by these fires. He stared at the spot, until he heard a call. "There it is! I found the Inferno!" a man said to his friends. Not them again...I don't want to do this anymore...

Seifer tried to stand, but he couldn't. He could hardly breathe since most of his ribs were broken. "Gah...I need...some pills...now...aaahh..." he garbled.
Seifer smells the dollar bill and regains conciousness. Then he grabs it with his foam covered mouth and eats it. "...mmmmm....." he moans.
Xaldin went back to Wal-Mart to see if news about the K-Mart fire got to Xemnas. He hoped not, or at least, he wasn't found at fault. When he entered, some customers looked at him funny. They must've saw that one report on the TV's here... he thought. The shock put Seifer into a slight coma. Drool along with some white foam dripped out of his mouth. His body went limp as his eyes rolled up. A gurgling sound came from his mouth.

Seifer literally got his bones crushed by the hug. "Genie...I can't...move...the pain..." he moans out quietly. "Get me...to...the...hos- AAAHH!" There was a large snapping sound like someone's back was getting folded in half. "...ooooohhhhh..."
"Aagh! Oh it's you." Seifer says. He tries to take it off, but then it got stuck. "It won't...gah..."
