My family's going through the same scenario right now. She insists that she's capable of taking care of herself and refuses help, but will then lay in bed for three days straight because she can't get up and calls people over to bring her crackers. Luckily my aunt who lives close to her (we don't) is a teacher and has been able to do this, but when school starts it's not possible. I was there for a month or so doing this. It's extremely frustrating trying to help a person who won't try to help themselves, or won't admit that they're unable to. And understandably, nobody wants to make the tough decisions. If she would at least be honest and not put on a show when she sees the doctor, this would all be less aggravating.

I've seen the original and Rise. I love Rise. I really, really want to see Dawn but will have to wait till it's out. I've heard that it's really good and that makes me very happy. I think this franchise has the potential to go on for a long time and I hope it does.

There was period for a couple weeks that I completely forgot Adventure Time existed. was busy. I caught up and I really have no idea what to think about anything. I'm probably going to go back and rewatch the season when it's over. Food Chain was great. Perhaps my favorite of the season. love the song

this reminds me of something totally unrelated So I love what myanimelist does and how it organizes and records everything so perfectly and I wish there was one identical for comics. But there's not. I did some looking around and found that comicvine, my source for comic news and such, lets members make lists of whatever they want, organized however they want. With a little work this could function as a way to record the comics I've read and the comics I've bought and what my favorites are, as well as for movies. The problem is that the selection of things to put in the list is unorganized and the way things are named isn't that great and it's not all the same. It's a real headache and doesn't quite work as well as it could. I've been putting it off but I may go ahead and try for real.

I'm so curious about what the deal with unconscious Felicity is. The show seems to be going in a direction of her and Oliver getting together and I kinda don't want that but eh we'll see. Oliver in Hong Kong seems to be really intense from what they've shown and I want more now. right now. I still hate Waller. And not even in that way that you're supposed to hate Amanda Waller. I don't like the actress. I don't think she's good at all and I still don't like how she's skinny. Roy looked awesome for the 1 second that he was on screen. I love that costume and I'm super excited to finally get him using a bow. But seriously though that costume is amazing. Imo it's the best in the show and is up there with my favorite superhero costumes. I hope they update Oliver's to look closer to that. He's had the same costume for two seasons now and it's time for something fresh. If nothing else please make the hood look like Roy's. I'm still kinda holding out for the hat-wearing Oliver though lol, I think it could look really good if done right. I hope they do Roy justice this season.
