i know. and im not condemning them for making everything that came before non-canonical either, they had no choice if they're going to make new movies otherwise their hands would be tied. it just kinda sucks.

in my head it's just "another" continuity. just as valid as the new eu with disney but not the one currently running.

    I've heard this story
Qui-Gon created the technique after death or something and returned to teach it to Obi-Wan and Yoda? i think? Something like that. Which is why those two disappear but no one else. i think. i heard that it's surprisingly consistent with everything that came before and just works.

but i think he may be referring to the guy who gut cut in the bar. the guy who has problems with everybody for no reason. i think there was blood then.
of course i have no idea what's being discussed here so this may all be totally irrelevant

    today. at 5. on amc.
    go. run. hurry.

I saw a commercial for this a couple weeks ago but totally forgot about it until today. Right before it starts. life, huh?

A death in the family plus funeral arrangements and traveling and coordinating and tons of crying from everyone I know for a week straight has made this one of the worst weeks ever so this is veerry appreciated. But it's all over now. Gonna go lose myself in meth-related shenanigans. If you know what I mean.

I mean I bought it from a person and it's not a newer issue so I don't see this happening. Otherwise yeah I'd do that.
Batgirl #64. It's not a particularly valuable issue or anything, aside from sentimental reasons.
It's not damaged beyond repair or anything like that, it's just a little annoying considering the package clearly wasn't big enough to fit in the box without bending it.

Oh wow that's awful. I mean I don't know how rare it is but none of the local stores in my area had it. Not that that means much.

that's horrible. Maybe it's my location, but USPS is always quick about getting stuff to me. I usually get things long before the estimated delivery date. I don't know if that's because of them, though.

"Pop punk" has never once entered my mind when thinking about Rise Against. In my mind they range anywhere from harder punk to alt rock.

I'm sure it's a good show I just have yet to be "wowed" like many others. Like I said, maybe this would happen if I watched the show properly.

Good on you Zack Snyder, Aquaman needs to be defended so people can come off of these misinformed ideas of what the character is based on a show like 90% of them don't know exists, but don't you dare get any ideas about directing an Aquaman movie. He's far too delicate of a character and can't afford his one film to be known as a slam-bang action fest. Whenever this happens it needs to be really good.
I'm also kind of pissed that the guy who got the role isn't blonde. Maybe that's a little dumb, but there's enough brown-haired superheroes.

oh god more "90s kid" talk
look assuming your age is right, youre 19 like me. meaning you would have been at most 5 or 6 before the decade was over, ie youre not a 90s kid. youre a 00 kid. the bulk of your childhood took place after and the majority of your memories as well.

on the topic at hand, things have changed but that doesnt mean there werent problems back then. well (hopefully) never know what it was like to go to sleep wondering if the soviets would nuke us over night. well never freak the **** out because of a satellite(okay maybe but not like then) and well probably never have to fear being sent overseas to die because of a draft. so yeah. thats just a thing people do. the "back in my day" talk to a time and place when somehow everything was perfect. all you have to do is open a history book and know tats not true.

disclaimer: im like 75% asleep and im cold shaking so this post might not even make sense.

okay so there are a lot of things I like about ios7 but one thing that still drives me ****ing insane is that wallpaper shadow business. I'm still not over it. It makes everything look like **** and there's not an option to turn it off. **** you apple. **** you and your refusal to give me options on how I use your software. God changing wallpapers should not be a process that ends with me throwing things.

I've listened to one or two songs from everything before Sufferer, and there's definitely something here that I didn't pick up before and I'm excited to listen to the albums in full. No, I don't really care for that hard punk (why I can't get into AFI's older stuff) but the songs I listened to on The Unraveling were fine so maybe I'll be okay with it. For some reason this whole time I've thought Siren was harder punk like their older stuff, but if the song I'm listening to now is any indication, that's not the case at all. I don't know what I was thinking the last time I listened.
