Just saw that ttgl is starting on toonami tonight. So that's relevant. I like ttgl for its insane mech fights (especially at the end omg), but there's something about it that doesn't sit well with me and I can't quite put my finger on it. I've had that feeling since i watched it the first time and i still haven't gotten past it. I don't particularly care for any of the characters so maybe that's it..

you ever get to that place where youve been reading too much or doing too much of whatever and want to just sit back and listen to music and play some dumb video games or something and use your brain like not at all but theres nothing good to play or youre tired of it all and you cant get more than two songs into an album before changing your mind? well i've been here for a couple days. and it sucks.

As antagonistic as I've been to Amaury in the past, in this instance I feel like people may be coming down a little too hard. You can't always control how much sleep you get, and though it's not safe, sometimes driving with little sleep is unavoidable. I know this wasn't the case in this situation since he was up late doing nothing, but I think he's fine as long as he knows not to make a habit of it and that should he have had little sleep to drive extremely carefully.

Also I get that you and your mom are close, but maybe learn to make an argument without starting every sentence with "my mom said."

I can't decide if I like Jim Lee or not. He's certainly good, one of the best, but his art always seemed too... perfect.. for me. Like, there's no interestingly unique characteristics about it, it's just your generic art that looks better than everyone else's. His art's not like Manapul's or Rocafort's or Scott's, my favorites, who all have extremely distinct styles. That said, I think his work is perfect for Superman, whose character is meant to be just that, perfect. I just started For Tomorrow, and unlike Hush where, as beautiful as the art was, I thought it was a somewhat out of place for Batman, it feels right as home here in a Superman story.

okay i have a question for people who've taken out student loans -- do i have to complete the entrance counselling and sign the mpn a second time if I did them last year? i ask because no one is answering the ****ing phone at my school and im really frustratedand would like to know what other people have done in this scenario. obv im still going to call but i hate doing this **** and them not answering to give me answers makes it even more painful
