Gexln struggled for breath was the grip tightened around his neck. Surely this strength was not Xero's alone?! He focused on the aura Xero gave off. No, not her own. Darkness was using her. He had two options; fight Xero and attempt to free her from the darkness, or go after Xindai. A third option entered his mind as Verox raced past him, presumably to fight Xindai. Maybe he could do both. He was struggling for breath even more now though. There was only one thing to do; he was going to have to use darkness. Although not the same kind of darkness as Xero, he was going to use darkness under his control. He released a violent explosion of darkness around himself, knocking Xero away as he got up.

He took a moment to gain back his breath, coughing and spluttering during it as glorious air entered his lungs. He then turned to look at Xero. So, end this quickly and then kill that mind freak, got it he thought to himself. He realized now he was going to have to fight without Darkness' Sorrow; a thought that did not seem very appealing to him. Darkness' Sorrow was as much a part of him as the darkness itself was. "Xero, are you really that weak you're going to let the darkness take over you? I thought you were stronger than this!" Gexln taunted. He hoped to aggravate her to the point she would break free herself, but if he had to do it by force he was fully prepared to do that.

Glen flinched as the attack hit him. While it was just a cat he was facing, he had to admit the giant feline throwing its weight into him hurt a little. He brought his thoughts back to the task at hand; defeating Lucifer. Gotta end this quickly before this gets messy, he thought to himself. Running straight at Lucifer, he swung Elementary with tremendous force, hoping to do some damage.

Caleb stood there, speechless for a moment. His attention turned to the small device in his palm. Could it really help find others from Donald and Goofy's universe? He took a quick glance at Donald and Goofy as a plan formulated in his mind. But will they go through with it? he wondered.

He held the device in front of him for Donald and Goofy to see. "I know what Yen Sid said, that he couldn't allow me to go try to save The King, but with this device" he said, holding it up for a second, "I can find him and then help him out!" he explained. "I know that Yen Sid is a powerful man, and to go against what he says may not be the wisest or most respectful thing to do..so.." he started as he turned his back to the two of them. "I'll understand if neither of you come to help me save Mickey. I can't be sure that it's a good idea to do it, but I have to try" Caleb finished. He began a light jog away from the two, being sure to keep an eye on the locator so that he knew whether or not they would go with him.

Inside the Coliseum, Gexln's mind was wandering. If he were a Nobody, and he presumed he was, wouldn't that mean he would have an element? He stopped for a second and tried his best to imagine a small ball of fire, and made a gesture that suggested he was trying to cast a fire spell. Nothing happened. He repeated this process with different elements; earth, water, ice, gravity, thunder, and finally light, before giving up. "Maybe I'm just a Nobody without an element" he said quietly. It was only now that he heard a cry from the basketball courts. Looking in their direction, he saw a young boy, perhaps maybe nine years old, pinned against the wall by a small group of Soldier Heartless.

Running over, Gexln put himself between the boy and the heartless. "Hey kid, beat it" he said. The kid seemed distraught as he cried out. "No, let me help you!" he replied. Gexln sighed. Kids... he thought. "Look at you kid, you're weak. You'll only slow me down, now get out of here before I end you myself!" Gexln shouted rather harshly, attempting to frighten the kid. It worked as he had planned, and the kid ran away screaming out the doors to the Coliseum. Gexln turned his attention back to the heartless. There was a new problem; how was he going to fight them? As far as he knew, only keyblades worked against the heartless, but he didn't have one so what was he to do? He didn't have time to think it through too much as one of the soldiers launched a kick at Gexln.

The kick struck Gexln in the face, sending him spinning to the ground and leaving a stinging mark on the right side of his face. He stood up and ran at the heartless, and swung out with his left hand. He was mad, these were the things that had taken advantage of him before; it was time for revenge. As he punched, all his feelings of anger and hatred for the creatures came to the front of his mind, and the punch began radiating a dark purple aura. The punch connected with the heartless and the heartless dissipated immediately into a cloud of darkness. Gexln looked at his fist for a moment after it. "Darkness? Darkness is my element?" he questioned. It was only now that the other heartless moved in and attacked him from several sides. Gexln lost his footing and fell backwards onto the ground as the heartless advanced on him.

The situation was all too familiar for Gexln, the last memory of his Somebody all too fresh in his mind. He held out both his hands, hoping the darkness would protect him from the heartless somehow. As two of the heartless lashed out at him with kicks, something amazing happened; a key appeared in his hands. Not just any key, a Keyblade. Gexln almost forgot about the circumstances for a brief moment. "So I use darkness AND I get a keyblade?" he exclaimed. His eyes were wide, like that of a child that had just opened their first xmas present ever. His focus returned quickly, remembering the heartless. He pushed back the ones that were directly in front of him and stood up immediately. "You creatures are going to die now" he said, a wicked smile appearing on his face. He set to work, swinging his keyblade and enhancing his punches and kicks with darkness, and within mere minutes the five heartless around him had fallen. A thought occurred to him
after the creatures had been slain. Could he level up? He dismissed the idea almost immediately. There was only so much from the videogame universe that could come to Earth, and levelling up seemed highly unlikely. He stared at his keyblade, Midnight's Venture, for a moment. "With this, i'm never going to lose again. With this, I will be unstoppable" he promised himself.

Glen was keeping on his toes, doing his best to prepare for an attack even though Lucifer seemed to not be attacking him so much. He decided he'd take advantage of that, and hurled his keyblade at the feline; sending it ricocheting towards the cat at a high speed, utilizing his Strike Raid ability.

Skadi walked through the forest. She was in a hurry, and yet she was not. She walked swiftly, but also with care; for she had not walked through the forest much. She tried to remember why she was doing it again. "Ah, I remember now, the villagers" she said quietly as it came to her. The villagers she cared little for, the ones that had been harmed, she had set out to put a stop to the violence in the only language the enemies would understand; the language of war. As she walked, her white hair flowing in the wind, she heard a low growl. A small bear cub fell out of the tree above her and landed on the ground beside her. When it began crying in pain, Skadi bent down to comfort it (after looking around to make sure nobody would see her being nice, of course). "Do not cry, little one. There is nothing to fear, you are safe" she said gently. It was then she heard the growl once more. She looked up from the bear to see another bear, presumably the mother, standing on its hind paws and trying to intimidate her.

Skadi brandished her staff, white as the snow itself with a pale blue orb on the top of it. "If you try to harm me, I cannot guarantee you leave this alive" she warned, as though the bear could understand. Of course, the bear did not understand and ran at her. Nimbly Skadi leaped over the bear, and brought a crushing blow to the back of the bear's skull with her staff and knocked it to the ground, the bear having not actually been prepared for that. She then walked over to the little bear cub, which had begun crying again, and picked it up. Her kind nature had since vanished, adrenaline seeing to that, and she dropped the bear at the mother bear's feet. "You should protect your children with more care" she stated. She turned and continued walking towards the village of trees; the mother bear would soon gain consciousness and she did not want to have a second round against it.

Glen wasn't entirely sure, but he felt that his attacks were slowly making their mark on the feline. He ran up to Lucifer, unsure if the cat had actually noticed him yet or not due to no attack on himself, and swung his keyblade in a mighty arc, hitting the cat with an enormous force. He couldn't help but wonder as he attacked, what it would look like if someone else saw a teeny, tiny human swinging a key at the ca- hold on a minute, couldn't his keyblade just unlock the door to help cinderella? He shrugged off the thought. The cat had bitten off more than it could chew, and it had to pay.

Gexln had now arrived at the town. Upon arriving, he noticed two words that were on plenty of signs and stores. "San Marcos".. he said quietly. Must be the name of the town he thought to himself. He continued walking until he came to a place called the Strahan Coliseum. "Coliseum huh, sounds like a good place to get stronger" he stated quietly. He didn't want to arouse attention too much, so he spoke his words carefully. The truth was, the more he walked the more he came to the realization that he was no longer of that world; he was part of the kingdom hearts universe now. "So i'm a Nobody then.." he pondered. He pushed open the doors to the Coliseum and walked inside.

Caleb was still in shock over the whole video game-characters-to-earth thing, but upon Yen Sid mentioning the King needing Donald and Goofy's assistance, his attention was brought back to the situation at hand. Not only was someone in need of help, but of all people it was King Mickey, a character Caleb had liked since he was a small child! "Yen Sid, sir, you speak as though you know where he is. If you do, please will you tell me where he is? I know that I could not live with myself if I knew that someone needed help and I didn't even try to save them!" he exclaimed, eyes full of determination suddenly. For a brief moment he wondered whether Donald or Goofy would go with him, before coming to the realization that whether they did or not wouldn't stop him from trying to save Mickey.

Glen decided that now was the time for action. He stood still for a moment. "Lets see how you handle the air!" he shouted as he attempted to cast Gravity. Not having enough mp, Lucifer was unaffected by it and the spell failed. He thought for a moment. "That's...unexpected" he said bluntly. He decided that rather than cast a spell, he would run up and attack Lucifer with his keyblade, which is exactly what he did.

Verox's keyblade went spiralling away from himself, after Xero catching him off-guard and disarming him so easily. The girl's eyes were no longer that of a human, they looked as though they belonged to a cornered animal. Verox was torn. Part of him wanted to respect Xero's wishes and stay out of the fight, but the part that won out was the rational part. His keyblade was knocked well away from him, and if he took the time to go get it he could well miss an opening to strike Xindai down, and that could lead to Xero's death. For once, Verox was thankful for his knowledge on fire magic. His fists began to glow a dark orange colour, indicating his use of the magic. "Keyblade or no keyblade, i'm going to bring him down myself" he said quietly, his entire body temperature heating up as he began radiating an aura of fire.

Gexln barely heard the commotion between Verox and Xero. His eyes were showing deep, intense hatred for Xindai. He wanted to run to Kaxar's side, to make sure she was alright and to comfort her, but he knew if he tried that Xindai would stop him. The only way he would be able to save Kaxar would be if he defeated Xindai. "Once i'm done with you, your name will be nothing but a stain in history's pages!" he yelled to Xindai threateningly. As Xero ran past him, Gexln swung Darkness' Sorrow at her scythe in an attempt to dislodge it from her grasp, wanting the kill on Xindai all to himself. He owed it to himself to see that the one who had harmed Kaxar was destroyed; a goal that he highly anticipated trying to accomplish.

The camera slowly panned to the right, past all the dead bodies as it focused on Xero, Gexln, Verox and Kaxar, all seemingly unharmed. Gexln pointed at Xindai. "I'll kill you, you *******! You killed our stunt doubles! Now who's going to run away from explosions in slow motion?!" he yelled furiously. All four of the people ran towards Xindai like a bunch of headless chickens, and they then became headless mere moments later. Gexln's body began reaching above his neck, trying to find his misplaced head. It then began making the body movements of someone that was in fear, as a small dark patch appeared on Gexln's pants; the nobody of the dark had wet himself in fear.
Kaxar ran away from Xindai as fast as she could. She wanted to get as far away as she could, as fast as she could. The dark creator put fear in her as nobody else ever had. Tears streamed down her face as she ran, so much that her vision was clouded and she tripped over a small rock on the ground. She fell onto the ground, hitting her head hard and falling unconscious.
    [IMG][IMG]
Verox and Gexln saw Kaxar fall unconscious. At first they assumed that Kaxar was just a bigger clutz than they thought she was, but then their thoughts turned to the flying hobo. Gexln pointed a finger accusingly at Xindai. "You knocked her unconscious!" Gexln yelled. Verox stared at Xindai. Without turning to look at Gexln, he spoke. "Don't rush into anything Gexln, we don't know what exactly he's capable of, it would be stupid to rush in without first assessing the situation" he instructed. He then looked to his side. Gexln had already began running at Xindai. "GOD DAMNIT GEXLN WHY ARE YOU SUCH A MORON?!" Verox cried angrily. He summoned his keyblade and then he, too, ran at Xindai.

Still waiting for the response, Caleb was very shocked when he heard a voice from behind him. The voice sounded as though it belonged to someone who was older than most, yet at the same time it sounded as though it also belonged to someone with a lot of authority. Caleb spun around only to realize that he was face to face with the great Yen Sid. He spoke quickly and without hesitation, trying to cover up the sense of awe he had as best as he could. "My name is Caleb Stitem sir!" he responded, giving a slight bow to the old man.

Glen Senka was asleep at that very moment. He had fallen asleep several hours ago, not caring for the meteor shower. Perhaps if he had cared more for astronomy he may have survived the night, but alas this was not the case. He stirred in his sleep, vaguely hearing skittering around his bedroom. He sat up slowly and yawned. He could see nothing in his room. "Stupid cockroaches.." he said quietly, before falling onto his back and trying to go to sleep once more. He heard more skittering. "Will you just shut up?" he asked in an irritated tone. He slowly opened his eyes. In the air, leaping towards him, was heartless. Not just one heartless, but many. He couldn't help but let out a quick cry of terror before he became absolutely overwhelmed by the creatures, all of them leaping onto him and attacking, attempting to devour his heart.

The next thing that happened was truly astounding. Glen opened his eyes, no longer in his bed but in a small field. He breathed a short sigh of relief. "Juuuust a dream" he decided. It was then he noticed his change in clothing. He was in a black hoodie, and a pair of black pants. When had he changed clothes? Standing up, the fact he was in a field only now sunk in. The heartless attack had been real. He wondered why he was still there for a brief moment before it hit him: he WASN'T Glen. But if he wasn't Glen, then who was he? Inside his head came a small voice. A voice that sounded somewhat old, and as though it belonged to someone with malicious intent; "Gexln" it spoke. He wasn't sure who it was, but the name seemed right, as though it was his. He accepted it as his own. "Gexln Senka.." he stated quietly. Thinking back on the attack, Gexln realized something: those weren't cockroaches. They were heartless, which meant somehow creatures from a videogame had killed him, which struck him as odd. Thinking on it some more, he made a vow there and then; he was never going to lose another fight, and he would become strong enough there was never a chance of the darkness getting a hold on him ever again. He saw a few buildings in the distance, seemingly part of a city or small town. "Well, there's where I'll begin" he decided.

Despite it being just a cat, Lucifer seemed to be able to take far more punishment than an ordinary house cat. Then again, everything they did would hurt far less than it would normally, them being midgets and all. "Alright, time to call on a few friends" Glen said quietly. Spinning his keyblade in front of himself, he tossed it into the air and then caught it as it came down. He then pointed it into the sky and summoned the three caballeros.

Caleb didn't quite know what to make of the situation at hand. While Donald and Goofy were there, wasn't there a possibility that villains had made it to Earth too? And where had they even come from? Is this what happened when children wished upon stars? Thinking of stars, he was reminded of Donald's question. "Meteor. Big fiery rock falling from space? There was a meteor shower tonight and I would assume you two came along with them. Do you think anyone else you know could've come with you? How did you even get here?" Caleb asked. He had a feeling he was asking too many questions, but at the same time if he was to protect anybody he would need as much information as he could gather.

Glen stepped back in shock. Not only had he just seen a talking mouse, but now he was being stopped...by a CAT? He sighed. "Well, if this is what it takes to master the keyblade.." he said to himself quietly. He looked at the cat. While it was just a cat, or seemed to be, he wasn't so sure he wanted to get up close and personal with the animal. After all, those claws of his looked rather sharp. Reacting quickly, he hurled his keyblade at Lucifer, using his Strike Raid ability.

Caleb coughed once more, again bringing up a small amount of blood. He was slightly shocked. Here he was, barely able to breathe let alone fight and coughing up blood, and these people kept going as though nothing was wrong. Other people may have been offended, or even angry, but all Caleb could think was that their dedication to protecting the town was impressive. He was still kneeling, so he stood up. If they would fight, then he wasn't going to stop. He lunged straight at a heartless, and then spun around quickly, killing another five around himself. He then collapsed once again, using his blade to keep him from falling to the ground altogether. This, too, gave way though, as he felt the strength to fight leave his body. "D-don't, let them...take the town. Gotta stop...that guy.." Caleb rasped as he coughed again, before finally collapsing in an unconscious heap in a small puddle of his own blood.

Caleb froze in place. His eyes were wide, like that of a child that has just opened their first present on Christmas. He knew now what kind of dog it was, and why the duck was bigger than average; they weren't from Earth. "Y-you're Donald, and Goofy! This can't be right, how could this be happening? Maybe I need more sleep than I thought" Caleb rambled. He pulled himself together quickly. "Or maybe, it's from that meteor" he stated. What if they weren't the only aliens that arrived? What if other characters from media arrived, like the bad ones? He would need to explore that more, but first he had to make sure that Donald didn't find a reason to set him on fire. He held out his hand. "My name's Caleb, welcome to Earth" he greeted.
