Glen was pleasantly surprised to see Raisor. Raisor himself he wasn't sure of if he liked or not, but he felt a little more at ease actually having someone he knew there. He had done his best to suppress a snicker at the sight of the two females who were dressed like males, he got the feeling it wasn't something they did often. He thought for a moment, crossing his arms. "The fact that you had a male identity lined up is questionable" he said bluntly, unable to help himself as he let off another snicker. "As for the name, I don't think it maters all that much to either of you unless you plan to use it in future which would be..unusual" he finished. Why did he have the feeling he would deserve/receive a slap to the face if he said any more?
I would like to unequip Combo, then buy and equip Poison Edge for Glen please!
Glen took his pick quickly. In his opinion, the first two worlds seemed more interesting than the third one, so that made it easier to decide. He decided he would take the second one, first one seeming a little too bright for his liking. He tossed up his keyblade and turned it into the glider form, before leaping onto it and taking off. Upon arrival, the first thing he noticed was that he was in what appeared to be a bamboo thicket. He had no urge to stand there for very long; he doubted much would happen in a simple bamboo thicket, so he really hoped that someone would be able to tell him what he was meant to do next. He thought again of the fireworks that he had seen in the Holo-Almanac, but he could see none. What had been the purpose for them?
Glen is going to disembark to Land of Dragons.
Glen decided now to approach Krowley. He walked over to the keyblade wielder, and without a moment's hesitation he asked his question. "Not quite sure who you are, but you seemed to know that red headed guy well, so I should probably ask you. Say somebody did manage to go back in time, changing events and such. How impacting on the present would it be if someone's death in the past were prevented?" he questioned. He wanted the answer to be something like "not very" or maybe even "depending on the person, it varies" but he didn't have a lot of hope for that.
Skadi was unsure of what to make of the forest. It was interesting, yet at the same time an eery feeling could be felt by her. She was still focusing on the surroundings, still trying to figure out why it was called the forest of deception, when a voice brought her back to her current situation, asking if someone could light a stick on fire. She nodded her head. "I am a mage, allow me" she said. She bent down and picked up one of the many sticks that lay around the forest floor, and after mumbling a few words she lit the stick on fire. She then held the stick out to Mist, not wanting to lead the party herself. "My name is Skadi Wynter" she stated, waiting for Mist to accept the stick.
Gexln froze, clearly caught off guard from the question. How to explain it? He sighed, the best way would he honesty, he figured. "I know all too well what it's like to lose control to the darkness, but I learned to conquer it eventually. I learned how without any help, but it took a very long time. For your own sake, as well as mine, I think it's best you learned quickly" he responded. He wasn't entirely sure why he had done it himself, but he assumed what he had said was the truth.
I'd like to equip Frolic Flame for Glen please
Jason tensed up. He could hear one set of footsteps moving in the dark, which meant either the attacker had not found anyone and was still looking or the other person simply wasn't moving. He decided that now was the time to make a move, and he quickly turned and began hurrying out of the alleyway. He could find another human to feast upon, it was much too dangerous for that one with new additions coming in.
Bumping again. Please guys, i'm planning on trying to get this published, any critique is appreciated.
Skadi had received the number one, which she was thankful for. While she did tend to prefer cold places, she was familiar with the way that most forests looked, and that may have helped her. She had had a restful sleep for the most part, even if the "betrayal" had been in her mind the entire night, and she decided to head to the group that was heading to the forest. She could not help but wonder what was awaiting her and the rest of that group, surely it had to be called The Forest of Deception for a reason.
Gexln paused, now standing at the edge of the realm of darkness, near the waves. "Against that guy, you became possessed by darkness. Now, usually I would just leave you for dead, but I feel like if I'm going to be traveling around with you nearby, I would like to think that I'm not going to be attacked by some darkness-possessed maniac. So, I'm going to show you how to control your darkness, and I've brought you here because if you can control it in a place that is surrounded by darkness, you should be able to control it anywhere" he explained. He sat down on the cold, dark sand.
Caleb stopped for just a moment and spun around to look at Louvel. "I don't know who you are, or even why you're here, but if you so much as even THINK about simply waiting for R to make his move while people are in danger again, R will seem like a mere child in your eyes compared to what I'm like when my home is in danger. I've already lost the place I was born in, i'm not planning to even risk losing this one too" he threatened. There were surprisingly few things that got Caleb completely pissed off, but the very idea of doing nothing but wait while others MAY suffer was certainly a way to do it. He turned and continued walking towards the Old Mansion, the entrance to the forest near now. He called out to the others behind him as he walked. "If you won't go and stop R, then i'll go do it myself. Somebody has to bring him down, and if you won't then I will" Caleb stated bluntly as he walked. "I don't know what happened, we found you unconscious here. And I don't know what you mean by the others, I haven't seen anybody since me and Ver-" she stopped, tears welling up slightly at the thought of Verox and the sacrifice he had made. She managed to hold back her sorrow; there had been enough tears shed. Verox, in her mind, wouldn't want her to cry at the mere thought of him. "V-Verox is dead, your majesty. There was a horrifying man that somehow knew every one of my thoughts, and he was able to move things with his mind. He...he killed Verox" she stammered. Gexln had been sitting quietly away from Mickey and Kaxar. He knew very well that The King was a wielder of the Light, and he was unsure of what would happen if he made his presence aware to the King. He would not hide though, he wasn't someone to shy away from a confrontation, he was merely waiting to decide what he would do. He could probably stay with Kaxar, she would allow it, but that would cause too many problems with whatever friends she had; of that there was no doubt. Aside from that, he could go back to R. He sat with his back to King Mickey and Kaxar. He then held up a hand and silently he opened a corridor of darkness. I'm sorry Kaxar, but I cannot stay. For your sake as well as my own, I cannot stay with you once again he thought to himself as he stood up. In all honesty, he was usually a very murderous man, and sometimes he even thought of himself as balancing on the line between insanity and sanity, yet somehow around Kaxar most of his aggressiveness seemed to fade. He smiled slightly. She always did have that effect he thought. He looked over at Xero and made a gesture to follow him, he had something he needed to show her, and he then walked into the corridor.
I would like to spend 3 SP on 3 Sages for Skadi. Also requesting the Forest of Deception, and wish to buy and equip Klein. Also what do I do about Skadi's wiki page? Any way I can help with creating one? AND WHAT COLOURS?
Gexln stopped in front of Xero. "Don't be. Verox was someone that I swore to kill, and I never go back on my promises, ever. The fact that that guy killed Verox only means that he'll take Verox's place" Gexln explained. He then walked through the exit of the dark corridor, only to see of all things a mouse on the ground and looking rather injured. He'd heard of this particular mouse though, and if he was correct then he was looking at the beaten up body of The King. His thoughts were interrupted from a loud gasp behind him. The gasp had come from Kaxar, shocked at seeing the king's unconscious body on the ground. She ran over to him quickly and knelt over him. After summoning her keyblade, True Light's Flight, she murmured a few words and cast a cure spell on the mouse, hoping to help him recover as swiftly as possible. "If this R fellow is as easy to defeat as you claim, then perhaps you should come with me" Caleb said. He turned and began leading the group, or attempting to, towards the old mansion. R had to be dealt with, and the man in the white hair seemed very sure of himself. He had failed once already to capture R, he would not fail again.
Skadi could feel her magical energy reserves running low, which would mean she would only have enough for perhaps one more spell. If I falter here, nothing will ever change, she thought to herself. It was now or never. Focusing intesely, Skadi focused all of her remaining magical energy into one more devastating fireball and sent it rocketing towards Kain.
Glen walked after Beuce. He was a little angry at the memories of his father and how he was taken away from him. "First you try to pick up women on a wooden motorcycle, then you ask if i've ever seen something that i've never even heard of? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?" he exclaimed, venting his rage as he yelled. He was letting more of his true personality show than he wanted to, and he quickly pulled himself back into line. After taking a deep breath, he put on a false smile. "You're a weird one aren't you" he said, intending for it to sound as though he was joking.
Glen listened carefully to the explanation, time travel sounding like an interesting concept. Messing up future events..does that mean if I were to go back in time far enough, I could stop my father from dying? he wondered to himself. It was then that Luna spoke about the reversal. Now there was another question that he was vastly interested in. He began listening once again, eager to learn more.
Despite having manipulation over light, Jason was by no means accustomed to fighting in the dark. He heard Alux mention the hearing and the smell, something which he was very much aware of, and decided that for the time being, the best course of action would be to stand still. He could hear movement, as well as the drunkard speaking. From the sounds of it, he wasn't being attacked as he could hear steps in a direction away from him. The question was, when would be the correct time to make his move?
Gexln eyed Xindai suspiciously. To fight so strongly, then suddenly cease fighting, it didn't feel right. Gexln couldn't forget what he had done to Kaxar, the sounds of her screams still echoed in his mind, and he made a mental note to pay Xindai back tenfold for it. He had to make sure Kaxar was alright though. He staggered a couple of steps over to Kaxar, crouched down slightly, and then quietly nudged her. He breathed a sigh of relief when her eyelids opened. The first thing she saw was something she had not expected; Gexln leaning over her with a slightly worried look on his face. How long had he been there? "Gexln? What are you doing here?" she questioned. As she spoke, she remembered Xindai and the mind probing. Panic set in as she looked around frantically and saw Xindai. She scrambled away, crawling quickly next to Gexln. "What's HE still doing here?" she asked, fear too evident in her voice. "Relax, Kaxar, he's not going to hurt anyone right now. He's alright" Gexln said, attempting to calm Kaxar. He stood up and held out his hand. "Now get up slowly, I'd imagine you'll still be dizzy" he stated. Kaxar realized Gexln was right, she WAS dizzy. Not extremely, but slightly. She took Gexln's hand and he helped her up. She only now noticed the numerous scratches and dried blood on him. "Are you okay? Why are you here? I thought you hated me" Kaxar said in a concerned tone. Gexln was caught off guard by the questions, and it showed. "I'm f-fine, these are nothing" he responded quickly. He looked away from Kaxar. "I had a promise to keep, nothing more" he said. He had tried to make it sound convincing, but the way he said it and the look in his eyes told a different story. He pointed at the dark corridor. "We should get going" he stated. He walked through the corridor, making a not-so-subtle gesture to Xindai in which he stuck up his middle finger. Kaxar sighed. "Some people never change" she said quietly with a small laugh. Thank you, Gexln she thought to herself as she followed the Nobody of the Dark through the corridor.
