Samantha ate the food presented to her quickly. She still wasn't sure what it was, it tasted like chicken but a little off, but whatever it was didn't matter to her; it tasted fantastic. She looked down every now and then at Mr Bear, making sure he hadn't wandered off again. She turned her head to the side slightly as Analise asked her if she wanted to go with her to find Basil. "Who's Basil?" she asked. She had no idea who he was, but she liked the name Basil. Maybe it was because it reminded her of the spice that was used in her mothers' cooking, something she often enjoyed helping with before she had begun having the hallucinations.
Sammy was about to ask more about Basil, until she saw Analise's sketch book. Her eyes lit up just a little bit when Analise asked her if she would tell her if the drawing was good or not. Drawing was one of the things she had enjoyed in the hospital, even if she didn't do it much, but was she good enough at it to be a judge? She peered over a little at the picture. A short gasp escaped the girl's mouth as her child mentality took over. "What a pretty kitty! You're drawing is prettiful!" Samantha complimented. The word 'prettiful' was something she used to describe something she thought was beautiful, much to her parents' discouragement.

Once again, Glen found himself sighing. Kel didn't know whether Karina and Flora were always so...overreactive? Well, whether or not they were didn't really affect him, not if he learned how to tolerate them. He looked over to Flora, who it seemed had still not sealed the keyhole. Was it possible she didn't know how? He took a few steps over to Flora. "Sorry if I offended you, sarcasm may as well be my second language, comes naturally to me" he apologized half heartedly. He gestured toward the girl's keyblade. "If you want to seal it without causing any issues with the people down there, why not let one of us distract them? It would be simple enough, quick, and probably work" he suggested.

Glen quickly decided that he would help Flora out with it. Before Flora could respond Glen raced down the stairs of the palace and past Karina. "Can't talk Karina, helping Flora with keyhole" he said quickly as he passed her. He summoned his keyblade and pointed it at the people. Many would assume that he was about to attack them, but he was actually going to give them some sort of entertainment. He was going to grant them the temporary power of flight.

He cast the gravity spell to cause the people standing on top of the keyhole to begin floating up slightly. Not enough to be in any danger when the spell broke, but enough that their feet were clearly off the ground. "GO FOR IT FLORA" he yelled out when the keyhole was not obstructed by people.

Samantha woke up quickly. She had been sleeping for quite a while, her young, fragile mind still having trouble accepting that she was 'better'. She climbed out of bed and walked downstairs at the smell of food. Boy was she hungry. She continued sniffing in deep odors of the food, unable to guess exactly what food it was. It smelt almost of chicken, and yet something about it was slightly different. Whatever it was, it smelt good. She picked up pace now, her small feet now moving faster and faster as she hurried towards the food.

As the child entered the dining room she sat down on a seat a couple of seats away from Analise, and the one next to Lilica. There was no particular reason for this, she simply sat in the seat that was closest to her as she entered. She put Mr Bear down on her lap, almost as though Mr Bear was her child and she was going to feed him, and then stared longingly at the food. "Mmmm...it smells so good!" Samantha exclaimed. She now turned to look at Lilica. "Do you know what it is?" she questioned. She almost completely ignored the question about the two girls missing, her mind solely on the food at that point.

Welcome to this terrible, evil wonderful website!

Make sure you read the rules and remember to have fun!

Also many of the people that run the roleplays seem friendly enough, so I'm sure you could probably ask for a brief summary of recent events or anything if one strikes your interest.

Zeke was feeling calm, mostly because of the stormy weather. If it wasn't for the stormy weather, chances were he would be his usual moody self. He didn't mean to be moody, he wasn't naturally an unfriendly person or anything, he just found most things to be boring and uninteresting, something that seemed to come across in the way he talked. He was enjoying listening to the pelting of the rain against the roof of the building they were in, he was enjoying the odd rumble of thunder that echoed in the airstrip building.

Zeke's thoughts were interrupted part-way through, his enjoyment dulling down as he heard a voice behind him. He spun around. The girl was a new face, and she wasn't on the plane with them so where had she come from? He rolled his eyes. Another person that just introduces themself without really knowing the people. That's kind of the point of introducing themself, I guess, but why the hell do they seem to find me? I don't even like people that much, he thought to himself. Zeke decided that for the moment he should be polite, though. He gave a half-hearted grin, one that probably appeared fake. He didn't enjoy talking to people, but he had to at least try. "Zeke. I'm going to become a better Pokemon Trainer" he responded, before turning back around to continue enjoying the poor weather.

All-time favourite kingdom hearts battle would have to be Riku-Ansem in KH1 in hollow bastion. The music worked great for it, the boss battle itself as a bit of a challenge when I first encountered it, and the build-up to it was fantastic too. It's probably my favourite part of the entire series actually.

If not that one, then I would say...Rinzler in DDD, that fight was just badass

Glen flinched out of shock as the words came out of Flora's mouth. He had said one thing to her and gotten yelled at, it seemed like a slight overreaction. He was about to say something before Karina, too, yelled at them. Glen sighed. Must be...that time of the month? he thought to himself. He stood patiently and waited for Flora to seal the keyhole, not willing to make another comment about it. He did, however, take a couple of steps over to Kel. "Hey, are they always like this?" he asked quietly.

Glen turned around and headed back to the emperor and Shang, realizing that Karina seemed a little darker than usual and possibly wanted to be alone. Despite the fun he could have bothering her, it would probably end up with him in hospital with a broken leg. He got back just in time to hear Mushu reveal the location of the keyhole. As Flora asked if they should move them, Glen nodded. "Sure lets go tell them 'hey everyone get out of the way so we can seal a giant keyhole' because that will get them moving" he said, voice dripping with sarcasm. "Seriously, just point the keyblade at it and fire, they probably won't even notice. Too busy watching the fireworks" he explained.

As Gexln was running, Darkness' Sorrow in hand, his attention was caught in the corner of his eye by someone fighting the heartless and nobodies, someone that he recognised. He picked up the pace, and changed his course so that he headed in the direction of the person. While it may be better to try to find some of the other lights and lead them back to the canyon, as was the plan, the plan was to get all of the lights there, so the order in which he did so didn't matter that much. The only problem he could see was that his stamina may not be able to keep up after the huge battle he had just had.

Right as Gexln neared Kel, he skidded to a stop. There was no doubt about it, this was certainly the Kel that his other had known, which may work out in his favour. He had memories of the way this Kel fought, memories of what he was like, perhaps that could give him an edge. Then again, he fought similarly to how his other had fought, albeit with dark attacks thrown in, so Kel might see some familiarity there also. "Kel? Geez, I was hoping that I'd have to fight someone that might actually be a challenge. Someone with a bit of strength, like Karina, but you? Well, this shouldn't take long" Gexln mocked.

Upon getting nearby Beuce, Caleb saw all that was going on, and he didn't like what he saw. He had to get the plan back on track, and it had to happen fast, but from the looks of things it would be very difficult to do so. He gently set Satsujin on the ground. "I'll get you to someone that can help you soon, friend, but right now there is something that I must do" he said. He took a few steps towards Beuce. He was still a short distance away, but he was close enough that he should be able to hear him. "Beuce!" he called out. There isn't much time, if I wait too long then he may be defeated, but I can't rush over there or else the others may die he thought to himself. An idea formed in his mind.

Caleb summoned another blade, but not just any blade. This blade was a replica unlike any other he had ever attempted; it was a replica of Beuce's keyblade. The false keyblade wasn't as strong as the original, and with enough damage it would probably shatter like the other blades he wielded, but it was close to the same quality. Not quite there, but close. That would have to do, as Caleb propelled the keyblade towards Beuce and caused it to stab into the ground, right near Beuce's feet. He knew Beuce was a little clueless at times, but the message was very clear; and he hoped that Beuce understood that he could now use the keyblade if he chose. Satisfied, Caleb then turned to look at Anta. He didn't know the boy, but it was clear that he wasn't helping the darks and for the moment that was all that mattered. He began walking towards Anta, much of his energy drained but still determined to help.

"Don't just pass me around like I'm some used toy, I'm not a kid, I can watch myself" Juliet huffed. She knew though that Gexln had probably asked R to watch her, and R didn't look like a particularly deceitful person. She sighed to herself as she decided to accept the protection rather than reject it. Kara had spoken of her father's strength, of his determination, and if he felt like he was needed in a war then it meant it was serious indeed, and she didn't want to disrespect her mother's wishes by getting herself killed; she had been given a mission. When she was young, her mother had told her that her father was struggling with an inner darkness, one that was more than emotional problems. Kara had made her promise that she would do whatever it took to help her father, saying that perhaps she could help her more than Kara herself had been able to. Juliet had agreed.

Juliet looked now at R. R had the appearance of a serious type of person, and the fact that he seemed to be working with Gexln was enough of an indication that he wasn't some goody two-shoes that worshipped the light. She loved her mother, and she would never insult her, but she had to admit that Kara had had severe illusions of how terrible the dark was; Juliet herself knew that there had to be a balance, even if she herself had a slight dislike to it. However, there was something that Juliet struggled with, something even her mother hadn't known about. Juliet had both light and darkness inside of her from her parents, and as a result she had an eternal inner conflict, each element against the other. It made her stronger, but there was a constant risk of one side overpowering the other and causing the girl to become engulfed by the victor. R seemed very calm though, more calm than one associated with the dark ought to be, did he have a way to control it?

Gexln watched as the conversation got a little more awkward between Juliet and Xero. He stood up and glanced down at Juliet as he walked past, and continued walking to Xero. "Xero, relax, she's upset about the discovery of Kaxar's death..both me and her are. She's looking for a way to vent it out, don't take it personally" he explained, trying to hide the fury he felt within as he spoke. He felt that he shouldn't dwell on it though, and continued to walk away slightly. He noticed that R was coming towards them, and turned back to walk over to Juliet.

"Juliet, I know I haven't really been around in your life at all, but I need you to do something for me" he began.

Juliet frowned. So her father killed the village she was born in, vanished without so much as a goodbye, doesn't come back and suddenly he thinks he can give her orders? Juliet shook her head. "I'm not going to do something just because you-" she began.

"I'm not asking, i'm telling you to do this as your father. Do it for her sake" Gexln finished.

Gexln didn't need to tell Juliet who he meant by her. The tone he spoke in and the way he had spoken was enough of an indication. He was talking about her mother, and Juliet knew it. She nearly reached up and slapped him. Father or not, he had no right to tell her to do something for the woman he had abandoned. With a slight amount of difficulty, Juliet swallowed the anger that was bubbling up within her and nodded her head.

"Alright, see that guy over there?" Gexln asked as he pointed in the distance at R. He waited patiently as Juliet nodded. "Okay, I don't know if you've noticed, but you're caught in the middle of a war. I'm not going to have you show up now just to be killed, so stay with that man. His name's R, and he can protect you a lot better than I can for now" the Nobody explained. "I'll explain things a bit better later, but for now you've got to trust me" he said. He disliked how stupid that sounded. Trust the one that killed your village and abandoned your mother, that's a fantastic idea he thought to himself. Before Juliet had the chance to respond, he was off and running towards R.

As he neared R he skidded to a stop. "R, you like kids right?" he asked. He didn't give him a chance to answer, knowing almost immediately the answer would be 'no'. "Good, because I just found out I'm a father" he explained. He then continued on, again speaking quick enough that R would have little chance to answer. "No time to explain, just go over there" he said, pointing at Juliet, "and look after my daughter. Her name's Juliet, and if she's anything like her parents she'll probably cause you a bit of trouble, but keep her safe. In return, I'll go win the war for you" Gexln finished. In an instant he was gone, hurrying back towards the rest of the lights and darks, so that he could get the plan back onto track.

Caleb was running as he neared Satsujin. Taking one look at his injuries, he sprinted straight over to him. "Satsujin, what happened?!" he asked. He didn't expect an answer, Satsujin was unconscious. Instead, he grabbed Satsujin's body, a great effort considering all the running he was doing on top of the battle he had just gone through, and then began hurrying towards Beuce with Satsujin over his shoulders, hoping that he would know what to do. He chuckled a little as he ran, an odd thing in the dark moments they were in. Beuce, knowing something? That'll be a sight to see he thought as he ran.

Gexln was slightly caught off-guard when Juliet asked Xero if she was his girlfriend. He was certainly not expecting the reaction that Xero had though. He took Xero's offer and allowed himself to get pulled to his feet. He raised an eyebrow as he looked to Xero, a look that would appear questioning. Was there more to Xero's response than it seemed? His thoughts were voiced aloud as his daughter spoke, although was one step ahead of him. He mentally sighed. He knew he had a slight ego, some would call it more than slight, but Juliet was already showing signs of being more forward and confident than he was, and he wasn't sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing.
Juliet wasn't paying too much attention to Xero, she was worried about how injured her father was for the moment, so Xero's response to her question was one that left her wondering what exactly how truthful she was being. At this thought, she turned her head to glance at Xero for a moment, and immediately she noticed the blushing. She stood up straight, not fussing over Gexln anymore, until she looked Xero in the eyes (although she was a little shorter so she had to look up slightly).

Bulls***! she thought to herself. "So, you're not his girlfriend but you want to be" she spoke. It was not a question, rather an accusation. Juliet didn't take kindly to even the very idea of her mother being 'replaced', especially after she had been killed so recently. The aggressive side of her wanted to simply slap Xero across the face, but her mother's blood ran through her veins aswell and this quelled the rage down enough to suppress the urge to slap her.

Glen watched as Shang and Mulan interacted with each other, with support from the Emperor. He rolled his eyes as Shang said thank you and then shied away in embarrassment. The young keyblade wielder turned around and walked a short distance and sat down on top of the steps, thinking about what they had just been through. Remembering the party, Glen decided he should say something. "I'll be over here on the steps, let me know when the captain grows a pair okay?" he called out over his shoulder as he let out a small chuckle.

Glen then turned around once more. What he had just been through, what they had all just been through, was saving an entire world from Shan-Yu, no easy task, so why did he feel so unaccomplished? The answer struck him right in the face. The way honour had a large importance in that world, the manner in which they had all trained to help fight off the huns, it reminded him of the way his father had been before he had been killed. Glen felt a small pang of pain in his chest as he remembered that fateful day. His father had left, letting them know that there was a well-organised heartless attack. The attack was far too complex, far too orchestrated for a random heartless attack, so his father had gone to try to find out why. However, Glen would never know why it was, for his father never came back. It was said they had found his body in a ditch, abnormally pale and no mark on his body whatsoever, as though it was far more than a simple heartless that he had found.

Caleb turned to look at the newcomer, at the one who had stopped him momentarily from killing Gexln. While Xero had also tried to defend Gexln, she wasn't the one that had directly stopped Caleb."Who are you? And why did you stop me?" he called. He did keep his gaze on the newcomer, but he was watching Xero out of the corner of his eye in case he would try to stop him.
The girl de-summoned her keyblade and slowly walked over to Gexln. Yeah, definitely him, she thought to herself. She then looked first to Xero, then to Caleb. "My name is Juliet, daughter of Kara and Glen, and I'm not going to let you kill my father" Juliet responded. Gexln's body tensed up on the ground. He had a daughter? For how long? Why had Kaxar not told him? These thoughts were still going through his head as Caleb began to speak once more. "This man has killed hundreds of innocent people, probably more, and you wish to see him spared?" he questioned, a rough edge to his voice.

Juliet eyed Caleb carefully, unsure whether he would try to stop her or not. From the movements Xero had made, she was fairly sure that Xero would be an ally rather than an enemy. Satisfied that she was safe enough, she spoke once more. "How many he has killed does not change the fact that he is still my father. So, if you could step away from him, that would be appreciated" she answered.

Caleb looked at Gexln, then to the body of Kaxar, then back at Juliet. "I will not kill a father before his child, for I would be no better than him, but that doesn't mean I have forgiven him" he said. He then pointed at Xero. "And if you harm any of my allies, your fate will be the same as his" he threatened. He then walked over to where his two katanas laid on the ground, picked them up, and then began running in the direction he had arrived to the keyblade graveyard, hoping to find Beuce and help him as planned.

Juliet ran over to grab Darkness' Sorrow for Gexln, and then brought it back to him and placed it as his feet. Upon seeing his confused and curious look on his face, Juliet reached attempted to explain. "I'm not surprised you don't remember me, father, I was only very young when you vanished. From what they told me, only a year after I was born you killed everyone in the village that I was born in. Mother was distraught and she had to raise me on her own for a few years after that, three to be exact, before she left to go looking for you, leaving me nothing but this picture" she said, producing a small picture of Kara and Glen together, "to go by. I was raised by mother's friends, but eventually I began wondering what my father was truly like. So, here I am, saving your life" Juliet explained. She then looked over at Xero. "Are you my father's girlfriend?" she asked, wary and almost threatened. She wanted to go over to Kaxar's body, to mourn the loss of her mother, but she would not show weakness in front of a stranger if she could help it.

    Day: 48 (4/4)
    Date: 11th November 2013
    Location: Birdsville, Australia
Nasir spent a couple of hours after people had departed just hanging around in the dining area, coming about as close to relaxing as he could. He then explored the rest of the town, making sure to visit his client and deliver the drugs, and eventually he found himself back in the hotel. He played around with the key that sat in his pocket next to the flier he had grabbed earlier, unsure whether he wanted to spend the night there or not. While he did trust Elsie, he couldn't really guarantee he wouldn't make some remark that would cause trouble.

It was this thought that caused Nasir to slap himself in the face. Since when did he care about the consequences of his remarks? He pinned it down to jetlag, or at least that's what he was blaming, and quickly walked to Elsie's room. He didn't bother to knock, he simply walked into the room and saw that Elsie was asleep. Making sure to lock the door behind him, he contemplated waking her to stir up trouble, but decided against it. Not only was it possibly a bad idea to annoy the one that had decided to give him shelter, but in the tired state he was in he would have trouble keeping up in a conversation with the girl, so he continued walking past her and went over to the vacant bed, and simply collapsed in it, much as he had the night before, and quickly slumber took its hold.

The first strike was at Caleb's knees, but Caleb had seen it coming from Gexln's gaze. He blocked it easily with one of the katanas. "This is not just simple land, Gexln" Caleb said. The second strike was aimed at Caleb's torso, also easily blocked. "This land is called The Bladeworks, and with it your dark magic will not affect me very much, nor will your speed" Caleb continued. The third strike was one that Caleb didn't expect, it was a straight up punch to the face. He stumbled backwards from the impact. "Although cheap tricks certainly still hurt" he said as he tasted blood trickling down from his nose.

Caleb then rushed towards Gexln, as Gexln rushed towards him. "This will come down to skill and determination, nothing more" Caleb called out as he ran. "Well that's going to be interesting, because while I may not be sure who is more skilled, I'm not going to give up until you're dead on the ground before me!" came the response. "We'll just see about that!" Caleb yelled as the two got within arm's reach and began lashing out at each other with their blades. The sound of metal on metal rang through The Bladeworks as the wielder of darkness and defender of light swung their weapons at one another, over and over again. After several minutes of non-stop parries, feints, blocks and minor cuts, Gexln lunged forward with a kick and knocked Caleb back.

Gexln then followed that movement up by rushing towards Caleb once more. He raised his keyblade high into the sky as he prepared to bring it down on Caleb. This one's for you, Kaxar he thought to himself as he brought down the keyblade towards Caleb. He now looked into Caleb's eyes, wanting to see fear, but he did not. He saw..relief? He had fallen into Caleb's trap. Caleb, knowing Gexln would be aggressive without hesitation, had feigned losing the advantage, and now he had it back. With one swift movement, Caleb got back onto his feet and did a leg sweep, knocking Gexln onto the ground. He then swung his katanas together and knocked Gexln's keyblade out of his hands. He raised his katanas into the air. "And now the light defeats the darkness!" he claimed triumphantly.

As he began to swing his katanas down to deliver the final blow, both weapons were knocked out of the air and fell uselessly onto the ground. The keyblade that had knocked the katanas out of his grasp ricocheted off them and went flying a distance away, soaring through the air until an arm plucked it out of the air and held it tightly. An arm that belonged to a girl who looked similar to Kaxar.
