Caleb was getting somewhat annoyed by Natana. In a sense she was a new person; one look at her could tell you that. She may have looked somewhat similar to Ananta, but the consistent talking was not only annoying but probably something that the old Ananta hadn't seemed to do. He casually looked over his shoulder at Natana. He had been put in a semi-foul mood from the actions of Ananta, and quite simply he wanted an answer from Enox and then just to go back to the lights. "Here's a question for you. Can you please shut up for more than five seconds?" Caleb mumbled under his breath as he walked.

Gexln frowned at Xero's mention of being given power. "You think being given power makes you weak? He isn't just giving me power, i'm going to earn the power. I may have been strong to you, Xero, but if that little light wielder could cause me so much trouble, could kill Kaxar right before me, what's to stop him from coming back and killing you too? This is the only way you'll stay safe, especially when you go and pick fights with just about everyone you meet!" Gexln retorted as he attempted to push back away from Xero.

I would be interested in partaking in a FE RP. I do agree with it being more orientated around story/conversation based rather than stats though. The stats would slow things down by quite a bit I feel.

Another guard down. Things were going somewhat smoothly for Glen now. However, at the mention of the 'lackeys', Glen couldn't help but realize how little he had actually been paying attention. There really did seem to be a few guards in charge of the others; three to be exact. A small, sly grin appeared on the wielder's face as he faced the one nearest to him. "So you're one of the big guys in charge, huh? I hope you're more difficult than the other small fry" he said, a little too cocky in the way he spoke. Without another word, Glen dashed forward and engaged the guard in combat.

Gexln parried the attacks that Xero used against him, though they were much faster and more difficult than he had expected. He could see the tears in her eyes; it was a sight he did not like. "How could I do this? You don't even understand what it is i'm doing. Xindai is a dick, but he can help me become more powerful. I'm not strong enough to protect you or anyone else yet, I can't kill everything that comes at you. Xindai can help me change that, but he can't do it dead, so stop trying to kill him and just let me do things my way!" Gexln yelled back. He stopped being on the defensive and take up a more offensive stance. He thought about summoning a second keyblade, the one that he had inherited from a friend many years back, but decided against it. Too much reliance on the light could be bad for someone with darkness pumping through their veins. Instead, he dashed forwards and simply lunged forward with a kick as he swung Midnight's Venture vertically downwards.

If Caleb was surprised by the new form, which he was, he did not show it. Years of honing his skill and mental state had allowed him not to show surprise against his enemies. He wasn't amazingly good with it, but when he was in a calm enough mind he could do it with ease. "Hades? Underworld? Why do you seek an audience with the lord of the dead?" Caleb asked, genuinely curious as he followed slowly behind Enox.

Gexln stopped momentarily. Xero refused to fight him, and despite all the darkness that flowed through him, part of him didn't want to fight her, either. His mind snapped back to the corpse of Kaxar, to the blades that had impaled her. He had not been strong enough to save her. He would not let the same thing happen to Xero or Juliet. He decided there and then, he would fight Xero, but he refused to kill her. He cared not whether or not Xindai read his mind and knew he had no intention to kill Xero, for if he was indeed looking that deep he would know that Gexln legitimately did plan to assist Xindai.

Gexln once again summoned the keyblade, midnight's venture, and raised it slightly. "Xero, if you don't fight me, you're not going to walk away from here alive" he lied. He wanted Xero to fight him, partly to see how strong she was in this new form of hers, and partially because he had a suspicion that if she tried to attack Xindai again it would spiral into something that perhaps even the dark creator wouldn't be able to handle. The Nobody of the Dark took a step forward, to the point he was just in front of Xero. If he was wrong, and her refusal to fight him as indeed an act, then she was in the perfect position to take him out, but the small part of him that wanted to avoid fighting her believed that she would not. "Now take your weapon, tighten your focus, and draw your last breath" he told her.

Juliet looked up, away from the dark corridor she was falling into once again, to see Gexln standing in front of Xero, keyblade raised. Part of her was wanting to scream at him to stop, to not attack the person he had just been fighting for, but the other part of her knew that, given the positioning of both, Xero wasn't particularly wanting to kill him, and neither did he her. However, if one thing about her father was true, it was that when he asked a person to fight him, a refusal was as good as saying 'kill me'.
"Xero, get your head together and fight back! If he wanted to kill you he would have done it already, so get your head out of the clouds and don't give up!" Juliet shouted at Xero. As she went into the dark corridor for yet another time, she couldn't help but let out a short gasp out of surprise. She had just tried to encourage Xero, again. A small frown came across the young girl's face as she made a mental note to not get close to Xero. After all, it was a daughter's job to make her father's life a living hell, wasn't it?

One moment Enox had been laying down, the next he had gone through a dark corridor, even offering something of an invitation to Caleb as he did so. Right after that, Ananta had gone through after him. Caleb's head hurt from all the decisions he was having to make, and exhaustion wasn't helping much either. The choice was, thankfully, somewhat obvious. Ananta had seemed very determined to treat Enox as an animal, and Caleb wasn't going to let that stand. He rushed through the dark corridor quickly, blades now summoned once more to his side as he ran. When he went through, he found himself in a place that looked very much like a battle arena. He slowed down slightly as he came to a stop near Enox and faced Ananta, ready to leap into action should it be needed.

Glen glanced to the side slightly as Etrius called out. He couldn't help but wince a little as the guard was knocked sky high and back onto the ground. He had to admit, Etrius himself was slightly annoying, but the way that he fought was something that was somewhat impressive to look at. Glen couldn't help but whistle, impressed, at the sheer speed and skill his comrade had shown. "Nice job, that guard was-" his sentence was cut off by a guard trying to avenge his fallen friends. Glen swiftly blocked the attack with his own keyblade. "Excuse me? Do you mind? I'm trying to have a conversation here" he said in an annoyed tone as he cut down the guard where he stood.

Glen then dusted himself off slightly. "That guard wasn't expecting that" he said, finishing his sentence. He turned and then parried another strike from a second guard, before tripping the soldier over with a low sweep and then slamming his keyblade on the guard, finishing him, and glanced at Etrius again. "Can you do it without the darkness though?" it wasn't a taunt, it was a genuine question.

Glen paid no attention to his comrades' conversation, he had more pressing matters at hand. With one swing of his keyblade, the guard in front was struck down immediately. Another guard coming at him on the right, another strike and he, too, fell. A third guard now, rushing towards him. Nothing to worry about, Glen thought as he swung his keyblade once more and came down with a vertical slash towards the guard.

Glen waited for the familiar cry of pain, the light thud of a body on the ground, but it did not come. The guard, against all odds, had blocked his strike. "Well aren't you a tough one?" Glen taunted, as he took a step back. Lunging forward, a quick jab with the weapon was once again blocked. A short sigh came from the young keyblade wielder. "Now look, I didn't want to have to do this, but i'm going to have to actually put effort into it. You have no idea how much I hate trying for anything" he added. With one swift movement, Glen whirled around in a circle, raised his keyblade, and then swung it in a wide arc, hitting the side of the guard and finishing it. "They always have to resist, nobody ever just says 'okay just ko me and be done with it'", bloody wannabe heroes" the boy said, shaking his head in disbelief.

    Isidiuka

On top of a building a short distance away from the speech Isidiuka had given, a young avian by the name Sebastian Abject watched silently. He had his back turned to the leader, and he was a little bit away from him, but the avian heard every word as clearly as if he had been sitting directly in front of Isidiuka. Sebastian, while paying attention to the leader's words, was more concerned with listening for any sound that was out of place, suspicious, or different in general; as was expected of someone on guard duty. He could quite often be found where he was, crouched on the edge of the building and observing the distance. His skills as a scout were phenomenal, and he was putting them to use quite expertly. His keen eyes scanned the distance, slowing down over every other building in the distance, simply waiting for something to try to disrupt what peace that could be found there.

The giant, mutant rat known as Anthrax certainly fit the description of unusual. A behemoth of a creature, Anthrax was only slightly taller than most humans, but when it came down to taking a hit there was nobody better in his opinion. A clawed hand appeared on the edge of the building Sebastian was on, followed by a second, and then only moments later it was followed by Anthrax himself. "Sebastian watching again?" came the question. When the monster saw his friend nod as a yes, Anthrax couldn't help but laugh, a laugh that sounded more sinister than friendly by far. "Sebastian boring. Always watch, no play, no fight"
    "Sebastian protect, Sebastian stop threats"
To this response came yet another laugh. Two in five minutes, that had to be some kind of record for him. "There no threats! Anthrax kill threats" the rat exclaimed gleefully. For all Anthrax's effectiveness in combat, when it came to conversation or really anything that required thinking, he was far more a burden than a being of use.

    Inranahe
Elsewhere, far away from the Isidiukans, with the other people of Inranahe, Yana Aegrum sat. She had listened to all of Flame's speech. The witch agreed with most of what their appointed leader had said, the Isidiukans did have to be stopped. Though fighting for peace? The very idea of peace was one that nearly caused Yana to vomit. She had never been one that liked the quiet. She much preferred the screaming, the cries of pain the filled the air, and the despair that came after it that followed prey being caught. Yana, still close by but only sitting on the ground, had caught a mouse. She had used magic to catch it, which was sort of cheating, but she didn't mind; a kill was a kill. "Little mouse, don't try to run. There's no escaping from what comes" the witch said, her mouth opening slightly wider in a kind of grin as she cast a simple spell, sending a small jolt of black electricity running through the poor, defenceless mouse and ending its life instantly.

On the outskirts of Inranahe sat another magical being. Not a witch, but something altogether different. A majestic dragon was nestled on the outskirts, unable to hear exactly what the warrior in the center was saying but knowing roughly what would be said. Stop the Isidiukans, get Sanar, etc etc. The dragon, Calor was his name, was extremely young for a dragon, but in human years he would be considered ancient. He had seen many 'leaders' rise up and claim to lead a revolution, and had seen many more fail.

What was her name? Flame? Calor made a hmph sound at the rememberance, causing a small ring of smoke to come from his nostrils. Flame? Fire? She was no flame, she was a mere human that chose to lead, that was all in his eyes. If it came down to fire, he believed in himself much more than he did in her. He was an almighty dragon, lord of the flame, able to create a blazing inferno from a mere sneeze. But he knew he could not be a leader. For all his pride and confidence, Calor knew that even for a dragon he was extremely arrogant. So he chose to be a follower, rather than a leader, lending his power rather than showcasing it. The dragon saw cheers now, which probably meant the speech was over. Standing back on his hind legs and flapping his wings, Calor let out a mighty roar that echoed throughout the city to show his support, before letting himself fall back onto all fours and settling down once again.

Glen began running forward, preparing to attack the guards, as Flynn then called out naming Glen and his allies Flynn's 'accomplices'. Had it been someone else that had been framed, perhaps Glen may have simply laughed it off, but as the realization set in, it slowly pushed out any laughter that may have been inside of the keyblade wielder. "Hey, come back here you traitor!" he shouted.

A second thought came in at that point; "well, at least he ran like we told him to". While this thought did calm Glen down a little, he still felt a great deal of anger at being set up. Summoning his keyblade, Glen hurled his weapon with as much force as he could muster, taking out three guards as the key went straight through them and after Flynn. However, it stopped short just a short distance away from the thief, and began spinning back to Glen, finishing off the guards as it returned.

Gexln stopped, not entirely sure what he should be doing. The power flowing through him demanded he help Xindai, but that would require fighting Xero. However, he would not have this power for very long should he betray Xindai. The decision, as difficult as it was, was painfully simple. Without a word, he seamlessly dodged to the side, avoiding Sabell's attack, as he prepared his own counterattack. With a quick flick of the wrist, Gexln summoned a dark corridor and leaped through it. Emerging on the opposite side of Sabell, he came barrelling out of it like a bull at a gate and simply tackled her to the ground. Before she could react, Gexln was already on the move once more. He leaped into the air and began firing Dark Firaga after Dark Firaga, unleashing a catastrophic barrage onto the girl that would surely do some damage. Satisfied with that for the moment, Gexln turned and took off immediately in Xindai's direction.

Gexln was there within moments due to yet another dark corridor, at Xindai's side and in front of him, blocking Xero's path. He knew that no amount of words would be able to explain why he was going to do what he was about to do, and he could only hope that in some way Xero would forgive him, although who would forgive someone attempting to beat the ever-loving crap out of them he had no idea, but what small amount of light that resided in him held onto that hope. He held up a hand in front of Xero, who was rocketing towards them, and from the palm of his hand a slight glow began to form. After less than a second, a dark firaga fired out of his palm, and Gexln raced forward, attempting a darkness-infused punch into the girl's stomach.

Glen was surprised when the guards went after Flynn. While Flynn hadn't seemed like an altogether genuine person, he certainly hadn't seemed like a thief, at least not in Glen's eyes. He snickered a little bit, now was the perfect time to cause a little trouble. "So first you steal the crown, and then you try to steal her heart" he commented, stifling a laugh. However he was forced to be a little more serious when Etrius and Cat both stopped, prepared to defend Flynn, the choice of what to do next was obvious. "Why do you guys get to do all the fighting?" he questioned, half joking as he, too, summoned his keyblade and readied for battle. "Better get running, Ryder. I don't know these two well, but from the looks on their faces I would say they mean what they say, especially mr dark and depressed over there" he added, gesturing at Etrius.

Immediately after Etrius' remark, Glen slowly turned to look at him. He had been called childish, for being friendly. For a brief second, Glen's hand involuntarily raised, preparing to backhand Etrius for that simple remark, but then he did something he rarely did; he thought about the consequences of his actions. Causing such trouble with someone would probably be not a very good idea, so he stayed his hand for the moment.

Glen then turned and looked at the castle once more. He could certainly see why Flynn liked the idea of the castle, living in a castle seemed fun. A sly smirk appeared on his face as he thought of making another comment about Cat's reaction to Flynn, but he held his tongue. There would be plenty of time, he was sure of that.

Glen shrugged his shoulders as Flynn mentioned the guards. "I'd be a little riled up too if I had to guard a castle that wasn't even mine. I mean, imagine all the stuff they've got in there. Treasure, important people, weapons, you'd think a lot of people would be wanting to break in, it couldn't be easy" he responded. Glen couldn't help but chuckle at Cat's reaction to Flynn kissing her hand, and decided perhaps he should also introduce himself, though not in the same way that the man before him had done. "My name's Glen, but I'm not doing any kissing or giggling, got that?" he teased, still finding Cat's reaction amusing.

As his feet touched the ground, Glen put away his keyblade and took a quick glance around. He was in front of a castle, and an adequately sized one at that. He'd seen castles before, but something about this one seemed different. Perhaps it was the place in which it was located. All around, the area was bright, and people seemed to be somewhat happy. It was like nothing else Glen had ever experienced; most of the worlds he had been to, including his own, were usually gloomy or otherwise average, yet this place seemed to defy that. He noticed Cat standing there, appearing to be talking to a man who was also staring at the castle. He strode over and simply stood there nearby them. "If I ever have a castle, I want one like this one" he stated.

Gexln stopped climbing and simply watched. Once again, he had been close to dying, but this time it seemed as though Xero had taken his place instead. First Kaxar, and now Xero..people were dying in front of him, and it was his fault. The darkness within began to well up, began to flow rapidly in his veins, fuelled by the rage within.
'Come now Gexln, show me the power that destroyed a world."

It was at this point that Gexln felt an unfamiliar darkness enter his body. He felt more power than he had ever known, seeping into his very existence, and suddenly his body no longer felt tired, he no longer wished to rest; he only wanted blood. He turned and glared at the girl that had attempted to kill Xero, focusing all his attention on her. It was as though the gravitational pull was no longer there, as though they were no longer in a war. This was just between her and him.

The darkness intensified now, now overflowing out of Gexln and visually appearing around him as a thin dark purple outline. If you looked closely enough you would see the vapours of darkness, leaving his body and scattering into the wind. A strange sound could be heard, the echoes of the pulsating power flowing throughout him.

    WHYYAAAA WSHEE WSHEE WSHEE!
Gexln cracked his knuckles, and then took a single step forward, testing the boundaries of this new power. The gravitational pull, while still felt, wasn't stopping him. He found he could stand with ease, and to an extent he could move. He let go of both of the weapons that he was holding; the keyblade and sword falling to the ground. He slowly began advancing on Sabell, no thought other than revenge on his mind.
