Glen shrugged his shoulders. He had indeed caught on to what Kaida was talking about. It took him a few moments, but he got there. "Well if I remember right, blondie said she wanted to see the lanterns too didn't she? I'd imagine she'll take little Finn with her, so they'll both be around there anyway. Come on, where's your sense of adventure?" Glen asked, trying to push Kaida closer towards seeing the lanterns. "I mean, i'm sure Etrius and Cat wanna see it too right?" he asked. He nudged them with his elbow now, hoping they got the message. "Riiiiiight?"

Glen stood by silently, watching the auburn-haired florist explain the origins of the festival. So the king and queen of the world had lost their child, that had to be rough. He wondered if the princess would ever be reunited with her parents. He figured she wouldn't be too hard to find, she'd probably have no idea of it herself if she was that young, and the glowing blonde locks would be pretty common, but she'd have to be somewhat uptight. Maybe yelling at people for the slightest imperfection? He froze at that thought. Kaida had blonde hair, and she seemed a little uptight, and come to think of it, while she didn't LOOK like she was from that world, did any of them really know where she did come from? What if she had been taken away at a young age to another world?

"What if she's the princess she's looking for? Maybe that's why she hasn't found her.." Glen said, whispering quietly to the point it was surely inaudible. He then thought a little more, all the thinking he was doing probably wasn't good for his health, considering how little he did it. Is the reason she wanted to see the lanterns because some part of her deep down remembered what it was like as a baby? So many questions, so little answers; it really didn't sit well with him. Maybe seeing them would jog her memory! "You wanna see the lanterns? Then let's go! No reason not to right?" he suggested.

Unfortunately for Caleb, he wasn't as fast as Gexln and many of Natana's strikes did make their way through, leaving many cuts on his chest, but nothing too severe. As she threw the blades to the ground, the boy merely summoned two more to his side. Attacking constantly was pointless if she simply regenerated the damage they did, what were they to do? He was about to make a move to attack, when Gexln decided to open his mouth.

Gexln glared at Natana as she regenerated the damage they had dealt. Whether or not they won this fight mattered to him, all that mattered was that she died. "Can't kill you? I'm going to cut your goddamned head off! We'll see how that works!" he called out angrily, meaning exactly what he said. He had every intention of filling Natana with blades once more, and he would certainly try to do just that. Taking a few steps forward, Gexln now performed an overhead strike with his keyblade, as he lunged forward with Darkness' Sorrow at blinding speed.

Juliet stood up and dusted herself off. After the shockwave attack from Omega, she had been knocked off of her glider and crashed into the ground. Considering the force of the impact, she was relatively unharmed, just a couple of cuts and bruises. As Ananta came over and suggested going to her home world, Juliet thought about it for a moment. If she were to continue fighting alongside these people, against that thing that had taken the attacks from her keyblade like she was striking at it with a feather, there was a good chance she wasn't coming home.

The girl turned and looked back at the others. They wouldn't miss her, most of them didn't know her and the ones that did knew next to nothing about her. Why should she stop to say goodbye? With that thought in mind, Juliet hopped onto her keyblade glider and entered the lanes between. She knew exactly where she wanted to go, and that was exactly where she was heading. She was going home, to Aurora Village, the town she had been born in.

Did some calculations and I don't actually need $4000, if I were to book a flight a few months in advance it seems to get as low as $1800 or so, so if I get $2500 it should be enough, for anyone that's actually taking something like that into consideration. Just for the record, I am Australian too :P

Glen walked behind Kaida as she skipped over to the merchant. He wondered what had gotten her upbeat so quickly, did she really like flowers or something? In any case, it didn't particularly matter to him, so he chose to ignore it for the moment. He stood there patiently, with his arms by his side as he casually leaned against the stall. He didn't want to make a scene by asking too many questions the wrong way, so his best move would be letting Cat and Kaida talk to the merchants. After all, people seemed to get along better with those two than they did himself and Etrius.

His blade weaving a symphony of death and slaughter to all heartless around him, Caleb was only cutting through them faster and faster. This was a fight he could not afford to lose. It was not just his pride he was fighting for, but also for justice. Natana's actions, betraying her friends, he would not allow it to go unpunished. As the last of the heartless vanished, he turned his attention to Natana now. She seemed to be distracted fighting Gexln, and an attack from the side was an obvious one. It was fairly easy, really. Almost too easy. What was she playing at? Regardless, he could not afford to waste the opportunity before him, so he swiftly summoned a gladius and launched it at his opponent, as he began racing towards her in an attempt to close the gap.

Gexln took in Natana's insult for a moment. Maybe he should have been offended, but he almost laughed at her attempts to insult him. "I see you haven't changed a bit, from your mouth dribbling crap all the time, to your bladework" the Nobody said as he parried the claws with his dual weapons. "You're still just as pathetic as you were, so don't even try to pretend you're not. Does it annoy you that while I improved, you're nothing but a shadow compared to me?" Gexln questioned, seeing Caleb's attack and attempting to keep her preoccupied as he did a quick spin and lashed out with both blades towards Natana's torso.

    Spirox War

Jim Anem froze as he felt the very ground beneath him tremor. Either mother nature was starting to dislike him, or something was nearby. Something big. Keeping his bow ready, his eyes began scanning the environment, but he saw nothing. It had to be an earthquake, surely. Nothing big enough to make that kind of shockwave would be able to be hidden so easily, could it? His question was answered only moments later, as he saw a beast slowly come out of a sort of cloaking field, rushing at him at a tremendous pace.

Jim turned away and began running at full pace, making sure to fire arrows backwards as he ran. There was no way he was going to die, not here, and not on this day. Arrow after arrow he fired at the beast, to the point it seemed as though its legs were made of arrows, but it wasn't slowing in the slightest. Just how strong was this thing? The creature caught him now, not surprising given the speed it ran at- how did it move so fast for its size? A swing from the saws known as claws from the creature, a swift duck enabled Jim to avoid it and viciously jab an arrow up into the creature's hand.

Not fast enough for the next swing, Jim was knocked to the ground and his bow snapped beneath the weight of Collossian's leg. His death only moments away, Jim would not go down easily, that much was sure. As the creature scooped him up and lifted its head to swallow Jim whole, the archer pulled the small blade from his side, the one his wife had had. With all his might, he drove the blade into the side of the beast's mouth, causing blood to flow quickly from the wound. Jim clung to the blade for dear life, but the force of the rushing falls was too much, and he lost his grip, falling down into the abyss below, and ultimately being swallowed by Collossian. Jim Anem was no more.

Stephen continued walking, indicating for Valinton to follow. Before too long, they were at Caleb's home, where he simply stopped for a moment. He should do a quick scan of Valinton's mind, to see what he was thinking. Apparently, he didn't know this was Caleb's house, yet he had followed. Was this out of desperation to save the captive, or was he truly that confident? For all his mind reading abilities, Stephen found it slightly difficult to determine what had motivated him. A cloud of emotions barred the entrance to his mind, something that irritated him.

Taking a step to the side, he gestured towards the door. "Enter, and tell him what it is you require of him. He will not attack you unless provoked, but keep in mind one thing; should you decide to resort to violence, I will see it coming far faster than you can draw your blade, and I will end you at a moment's notice. Now that that's clear, go and save your darling Doku" Stephen said, in a perfectly neutral tone yet it was fairly easy to tell what he meant.

Okay, I'll get straight to the point here, I guess.

For personal reasons I would rather not reveal here, I am in dire need of $4000 or so. I'm not asking anyone for it, I could not and would not ever do that, what I AM asking for is advice on the best places to sell used videogames and/or consoles, but more importantly...

I haven't had a job in a couple of years, and at nearly 21 with little to no work experience, things aren't looking good for me as a potential employee. It's upsetting me a little, but the fact it's prolonging my goal upsets me further, and I'm seriously looking to change it. What could I do to make me a more attractive employee, given I have very little work experience and struggle a bit with talking to people irl?

    Username:
    Name: Erika Bugan
    Age: 20
    Gender: Female
    Appearance: http://www.zerochan.net/1453908
    Mutated Features:
She has a forked tongue, similar to that of a snake.
    Power: Shapeshifting
Abilities: Camoflauge - By altering her appearance to fit in with the background, Erika is able to "vanish", making it exceptionally difficult to spot her.
Deceptive tongue - Is able to alter her voice to sound like that of the creature she has shapeshifted into. Speech patterns are not copied over, only the sound.
Visual Shift - Erika changes her appearance to become exactly the same as the creature she chooses to copy. Things such as physical strength and endurance is also carried over. This ability can only be used if Erika has had physical contact with her the one she chooses to copy, and can only hold this appearance for a few hours at a time. This also drains her stamina immensely upon wearing off, making it only possible to have up to two transformations per day.
Mimicry - Upon a successful visual shift, Erika also copies the abilities and powers of her target. While she is able to use them, this does not necessarily mean that she is experienced in using them, and may not be able to use certain powers to their fullest extent.
Anti-Mimic - If Erika makes contact with another creature capable of shapeshifting into a different creature, Visual Shift is cancelled and both her shifting abilities and her target's are disabled temporarily (an hour).
Weapons: Shortish blade, shown in her picture.
Strengths: Experienced in the art of deception and lying, making it very difficult to tell when she's not telling the truth. Fast on her feet, somewhat skilled at using her blade.
Weaknesses: Extremely impulsive, makes enemies rather easily, not much of a team player.
    Starting Area: Kikei
Bio: Her mother dying during childbirth and her father killed in a car crash on the way to see her birth, Erika has always really had to fend for herself. Her mutation, being rather hard to spot when she isn't speaking, made it reasonably easy for her to fit in with regular humans, but sometimes difficult to fit in with mutants, and she used this to her advantage, realizing that humans were often too focused on the other mutants and spirox users to ever investigate her.
Erika developed a habit of stealing things at an early age, from things as small and meaningless as a simple paperclip to things such as pianos, cars and other larger things. This habit never changed as she got older, but thanks to her power she found it easy to evade the authorities when they were searching for her, and she continued her habits of thievery, never trusting people and looking out for only herself as she did so. Ever since she began stealing things, Erika always had her eye on the ultimate prize; the antidote that would fetch a far higher price than any treasure she could find.

Glen followed behind Kaida. He wasn't particularly familiar with the layout of the world, and he was pretty sure Kaida didn't belong there either, but he figured if something happened and they got caught, it'd be best if the party was together, so that they could try and do something to save their skins if the need arose. He casually leaned forward and took a free sample from the man, giving a nod to show his acknowledgement and thanks, before curiousity got the better of him. "So, uh, what's the big deal with this celebration?" he asked, attempting to get straight to the point. He saw no guards out of the corner of his eye, so he figured it wasn't too bad of an idea to try and find out more about the celebration while he could.

    Origins

Seeing the fireball coming, Dain used one of his older yet more reliable spells. He created a lengthy, vertical gust of wind, acting as a sort of wall, which stopped the fireball mid flight as it fell to the ground and died out quickly. The second he put down the wind wall, he immediately regretted it. Another fireball was coming right at him, and it would take too long to put the wall back up. The flame hit him in the side, and for a brief moment, the axe wielder was unharmed and unaffected. He then immediately burst into flames, and began frantically trying to put it out with gusts of wind. After a few seconds he succceeded, and the flames had vanished, but the memory still seared him. His pride more harmed than his body, he then turned to Noir. "I don't know, I like the idea of just killing him now" he said gruffly.

Remaining somewhat quiet while the discussion of appearances was being carried out, Glen now felt he should actually say something. Something about the way things were didn't quite make sense. Yeah, they had gotten Rapunzel to the 'city with the floating lights' like she had wanted, and they hadn't really run into any trouble on the way, but Flynn had proved before that he could abandon people at a moments' notice. "Maybe she will be fine, maybe things will go beautifully for her and she'll live happily ever after. Maybe. Kaida, you weren't here when we got here, but Flynn left us for dead. He's a thief, seems only interested in himself, and I don't even trust him as far as I can throw him, who is to say he doesn't go and leave Rapunzel out here alone and abandoned once we're not around to keep him in line?" he questioned, believing himself to have a valid point, but having a feeling that the others wouldn't necessarily agree.

At that point, it had only just sunk in where they were for Glen. This was the bridge that he remembered well, the one where Flynn had betrayed them and left them for dead. He could practically hear the guards' cries of anger, could feel them breathing down his neck as they tried to take him and the others down. Cautiously, he took a few steps forward and set foot on the bridge, as though there was some trap placed there waiting for them or something. Sure enough, nothing happened, and Glen let out a sigh of relief. He turned around and waved back to everyone else. "Floating lights are this way right? What are we waiting for?" he called out.

For all you cosplayers out there, when constructing some kind of weapon (keyblade/sword/something like that) what materials do you usually use? I had the idea of making my OC's weapon tonight but I lack experience making anything like that, so I figured I'd ask the professionals :P

Glen stood there, dumbstruck. Not only did Etrius prove he had super hearing by hearing his comment despite the distance between them, but he had also apparently gained the power of super stupidity. How many times would Kaida have to yell at him about the keyblade before he stopped summoning it? He mentally shrugged it off though, he was certain Kaida would deal with it in her own way. He gave a somewhat quizzical look at Cat after her response though, and after getting up decided to address it. "You're going to leave me on a rock, making it sound like I can't get away, despite me having a way of getting off it?" he asked. Of course, he was referring to the keyblade glider, but he dared not mention it in front of Kaida.

Out of the tunnel now though, Glen figured the next step would be to go onwards towards the kingdom, but despite going there earlier he had no idea how to get there from where they were. "Which way now?" he asked, trying to get back on the road to progression with the mission.

That miltank..it is a true monstrosity. No amount of making it faint can ever quell my rage for that little pink cow. Maybe I'm a bad person, but I like going against it in nuzlocke purely for the fact that if you manage to bring it down, it dies.
