    Name: Nasir
    Occupation: Professional *******/Drug dealer
    Age: 26
    Appearance: Here
Short Bio: Growing up as a grumpy child, Nasir never really had any friends. He maintained this status throughout his life, being such a generic ****** to so many people that he was assumed to be the spawn of the devil by a satanic cult. He was marked with a pentagram symbol on his chest before various chants began being spoken. He was saved by a random passerby who happened to be in the drug dealing business, and soon after Nasir adopted the trade himself. He began selling drugs to various people and organizations in the big city, always being careful to avoid the attention of the authorities, and slowly built up a reputation in the underground scene.

Nasir had changed a lot once he got into that occupation, and not in a good way. He had become all the more cold and distrusting, and in general more of a not very nice person, but one thing had remained the same from when he was a child to the current point in time; the only thing Nasir genuinely cares about aside from himself is where his next payment is coming from.
    Other:

    Academy and special forces:
    Name: Samuel Agnès
    Academy or SF: Academy
    Age: 16
Focus skill set: Swordsmanship, specifically with Katanas.
    Appearance: Here
    Short Bio:
Samuel was born into a well-off family. Both his parents had full time jobs and earned enough money that they could afford many luxuries and things other people had never experienced. From when he was born until he was the age of five, Samuel was well-taken care of and had never experienced loss of any kind.

This changed on the day of his fifth birthday. On that day, in the middle of the celebration he was having dinner with his parents, his mother received a call. The results of a scan she had had the month before had finally come back; his mother had a brain tumour that was in a location too dangerous to remove from, and had breast cancer on top of that.

It was then that life turned around for Samuel. He no longer had wealth, he no longer had every toy a kid could dream of, all the money his father made was spent on basic needs for the family and Samuel's mother's medication.

His misfortune did not end there, however. The child started school, and all through the first stage of schooling everything was normal, or at least as normal as they could be. However, he became bullied day in and day out by most people at school. Being emotionally unstable as he was, he was an easy target; and people loved reminding him of this.

The boy found comfort in the form of murder. He found that despite not having a natural knack for it, he was a very efficient killer to an extent. Silently he would approach people, gain their trust, and then eliminate them when they least expected it. This continued for a couple of years, until the bloodlust began to fade. For all his suffering, for all the relief it found to know that someone was in more pain than he, he came to realize it didn't give him the right to play god. Moving from a small establishment outside the big city to inside the main city, he left behind his past and enrolled in the academy, hoping for a new life and the opportunity to develop his skills, join the military, and earn enough money to heal his mother.

    Other:

    Academy and special forces:
    Name: Arabella Oblea
    Academy or SF: Academy
    Age: 17
    Focus skill set: Marksmanship (long-range)
    Appearance: Here
Short Bio: To any that knew Arabella, the decision to join the academy was a surprising one. Arabella was never a violent person in any sense, in fact she avoided it if she could, so joining a school to train people to become weapons of war hardly seemed fitting for her.

Arabella joined the academy in order to get into the military so she might protect her brother. Her brother, only being six years of age, was a little troublemaker. If he saw something that looked like fun or interesting, he took it, and this often got him into many messes that his older sister often had to get him out of. Family comes first for Arabella, above all else, and she strives to become as good a marksman as she can.
    Other:

    Academy and special forces:
    Name: Maxwell Lighttouch
    Academy or SF: Special Forces
    Age: 26
    Focus skill set: Assassination
    Appearance: Here
    Short Bio:
After hearing tales of people who are paid money to eliminate certain targets, Maxwell Lighttouch eagerly taught himself to wield a blade. He paid close attention to the details involving the equipment the assassins used, and replicated them to the best of his ability. One day, he caught his mother being beaten up by his father simply for forgetting to do the laundry. Utilising the small hidden blade he had crafted himself, he stabbed his father in the neck, causing a slow and painful death.

Shocked at what he had done, his mother cast Max out onto the streets and called the police, fearing for her life. Maxwell was thrown in prison shortly, sentenced to ten years for manslaughter, despite his claims he was only trying to save his mother.

His sentence was short-lived, however, as the government saw a need of him. He was released merely a year after he went into the prison, being enlisted in the special forces and beginning his training to further his skills and take out any targets that might threaten the special forces.

Glen couldn't help but chuckle a little at the way Ananta was speaking to Karina. "Way to give a huge pep talk before the heartless attack" he said, addressing Ananta directly. "Friendship is power, relying on your friends will get you through it. Yeah, because i'm sure if we all stand still and hold hands some magical power is going to save us, right? Listen, Karina might not be the best person personality-wise, but clearly you haven't seen her fight. Sure, she can't beat me, but if there was anybody here that would have a chance at destroying those heartless, my money's on her" he stated, surprising himself that he was defending Karina, kind of.

He pointed now away from the library and towards the direction he figured they would be attacked from. "And another thing. I have no idea how many battles you've been in, but generally it's not a good idea to convince people they're not strong, or that they're going to die, right before a fight. I don't know about you, but I quite like surviving, so lets keep it going, alright?" he added, before turning his attention towards the direction Hikaru had come from. He'd seen how many heartless had appeared before, and he sure as hell didn't like the idea of fighting them. But was he going to back down? Not a chance.

"Stratos is right though, we've gotta hold out. Beuce, if there was ever a time to grow a brain, I pick now. Prove you're not useless and I'll shout you a drink once this is all over" he said with a slight laugh, hoping something got through to the white-haired annoyance.

Glen stood still in shock as he witnessed the mass summoning of behemoth heartless. He immediately summoned his keyblade and started plotting the downfall of them, but he was rudely interrupted by a white haired fool speaking to him. "Whip..what?" he questioned, before being silenced from speaking any further. The world a blur to him, he found himself pushed away instantly by Beuce and to some kind of hall, for whatever reason.

After listening to everything and seeing Beuce perform his death-defying move and Karina fall into the mirror, Glen turned around. Without Beuce to stop him, there was nobody that could stop him from trying to help The Order. If he was ever going to get Kaida's help, he had no doubt The Order would have to be around to help him. "To any of you that dive into that mirror; you're cowards. There might be a lot of heartless out there, but you're forgetting one important things. We're keyblade wielders, this is what we were born for. The rest of you can run away, hide where the heartless can't get you, but are you so willing to abandon The Order? Those are good people out there that gave us shelter, people that tried to help us out when they could have just left us, and our way of saying thank you is 'oh hey here's a heartless horde invading your home, guess that sucks for you doesn't it'? Run if you want, but I'm fighting" Glen said, turning around and preparing to go back to defend Central Haven.

Hunter was squirming around, trying to get free. He was being held down by six undead as everyone was being captured. A violent jerk to the right saw his left hand be freed from the grip of the undead that was holding it, before he used that fist to shove another away. In a matter of seconds, Hunter had broken into full-on combat from the ground, fighting off the undead there until he was able to stand up. Acting swiftly, he leaped to his feet and dashed a short distance away. He continued going, simply palming the zombies out of his way as though he were racing to score a touchdown, and nimbly hopping to the side whenever one threw itself at him. Things were going amazingly, and why wouldn't they given who was performing it?

In the clear now, he stepped up his pace a little. If he kept going like this, he was almost certain to escape. It was at that point that his mind betrayed him. You know, we should probably make a sarcastic remark or insult them. Make us seem more awesome, and style points always mean something his mind spoke to him. The logical side of him (he forgot it existed sometimes) retorted by stating how stupid it was, that stopping to say something would only wind up in him being captured. Not sure what to do, he continued his fantastic escape, and then he heard Gwen call out.

Immediately, all sense of logic vanished and his ego took over. He turned around and took a deep breath. "Your stiffs need improvin', they couldn't hit the wide side of a barn if their li- er, previous life depended on it! Hang in there Ginger, they'll let you go soon enough. The only one that's even worth keepin' a hostage is me, nobody would want the rest of you. And I'm out of the question, I am 100%, absolutely guaranteed to esca-" he began, before he was leaped onto by 8 undead soldiers and pinned to the ground. Soon after, six more followed, now forming a massive pile on top of Hunter so that he would have absolutely zero chance of escape.

Sven didn't see either of the attacks of Nickel coming. His mind was focused on the battle at hand, and though he was concentrating on nothing but defeating Nickel, the sheer speed of the lustor before him made it ridiculously difficult to target him. The arrow that Nickel had fired didn't penetrate the bony armour, bouncing off it harmlessly and falling onto the ground, but the hit from the but of the crossbow hit home. Regularly, the hit probably wouldn't have knocked him unconscious, but a combination of the fatigue from battle and the sheer amount of blood loss caused him to fall forward onto the ground with a loud thud. The bones retracted into him, Sven no longer having the concentration to keep it up, and the Bloodbone could only reach out with one hand outstretched towards Nickel, as though he were trying to grab him and strangle him from the ground. There was only one thing going through his mind as the last ounce of will to stay conscious left his body.

Gexln's battle was going almost exactly as it had the first time he had battled R. From the way R had fought, his reactions to it, and even the attacks themselves were the same. His instincts were practically demanding he react the same way as he had before, which was a little odd. Was this part of the trial? Was this a way of seeing if he were at all capable of change, as Verox had once told him to?

As the claw struck him in the back of the kneecap, he felt himself fall forward. If the R manifestation thought the fight was over though, it wasn't; not by a long shot. With a brilliant surge of darkness, Gexln released it around himself in a miniature explosion; his Dark Pulse technique, knocking R back and avoiding the attack. He whirled around quickly now and stared straight at his opponent.

"If you were the real R, you'd know that some things have changed since this fight. Firstly" he said, shifting his posture a little so he was in a more defensive position, "I'm not as guns blazing as I once was" Gexln stated. "Secondly, I'm not scared of my past anymore, it holds no sway over me" he explained bluntly. He then held Darkness' Sorrow above his head, and his right hand next to it. He thought of all that had had an impact on his life that were no longer around, and those that still were.

He thought of Kaxar, who had died for him, he thought of Verox, who had died saving Xero and Kaxar, he thought of his brother Damax, and his old friend Luke, both who had perished by his hand but had done so to help him regain control over his darkness, he thought of Kaya and Valinton, victims of Natana's wrath. He thought of Xindai, the man he had helped stop, but had awakened a new darkness inside of him. He thought of Xepphiras, the girl he had failed to teach but felt some obligation to protect for R's sake.

He thought of Beuce...Beuce..Beuce..the one that did..that thing...okay, maybe Beuce wasn't as big of an impact as he had initially thought. He thought of Dane, the man that had murdered his homeworld and father, and had ultimately caused him to become much, much stronger. He thought of Caleb, the boy that had opposed him but reminded him of his desire to protect others. He thought of Juliet, his daughter and the person that had reminded him of the promises he made to Kara. He thought of R, one person he had once tried to murder but now thought of as a close friend and powerful ally. And finally, he thought of Xero. The girl that had initially been almost an annoyance, but had gradually brought back what humanity he had once abandoned, had caused him to have some sort of hope again. He would not disgrace the memories of those who had fallen for his sake, and he would not fail those that still survived, relying on him.

Those thoughts in mind, his keyblade materialised in his hand. He swung the keyblades down in front of him, as he stared at the fake R intensely. His eyes were full of determination and aggression, yet retained a look of knowing. All thoughts of messing around were gone from Gexln's mind, the true Nobody of the Dark was ready to fight. "And thirdly, fake R, I have people relying on me to kick your ass" he stated, now dashing forward and holding out his keyblades to the side, before swinging them forward and towards each other in a sort of cross pattern.

Callum stood there for a moment, still fuming but at the same time he was listening...something listening, to Beuce. He was offering him a drink, and Callum was a little thirsty. Slowly but surely, the idea began to appeal to him. He hadn't tried Dr Pepper before, but he had heard many good things about it, and maybe it'd help him feel a little better. Maybe a good drink was what he needed. He was still thinking this when Beuce suddenly shoved the drink directly towards his face. Cautiously, he held the knife with one hand, ready to attack, while the other hand reached over and took the drink.

He stared at it for a moment. It looked so refreshing. Well, it was time for him to find out if the rumours were true. Tipping the cup up, he quickly downed the liquid in seconds. It tasted fantastic, he found himself wanting more immediately, but not too much. He should wait for the others, to see what they would do. Knowing how good it tasted, he could easily imagine the people there, clambering over one another to try to get the last cup when the rest of it was gone. He would do what he could to make sure he got the last one, of that he was certain, but maybe a combination of the built-up tension and the idea of a temporary distraction from the madness would drive people to fight over it; the very idea brought a tiny smile to his lips.

So, the day was only getting worse and worse for Callum Crux. Despite not particularly enjoying socializing, he had done it far too much that day. Not only that, but people were touching him and making him feel very uncomfortable and irritated. For a brief second, he considered simply punching the guy in the gut to get him off him. Too many people had invaded his comfort zone that day, and he had had enough of it. Although, something about the newcomer gave off the vibe that he wouldn't hang around for too long. He simply stood there, waiting for him to be let go of.

    Aaaaaany second now.

He must be getting bored of it now.

How long is he going to hang onto him? It felt like forever.

Okay, that's it, he's going to let go right now, he thought to himself. With a decent amount of squirming, he got out of the grip, making sure to keep his glasses from falling off his face as he did so. The lighter in his pocket wasn't the only thing he had in there. The boy was a paranoid child, always believing the worst that would happen to him, and so he had to be prepared. Plunging his left hand into his pocket, he whipped out a small pocket knife from there. It was only an average size for a pocket knife, but he knew for a fact that he could cut someone if he had to; past experience told him that.

"You keep your hands off me, or you'll find yourself missing them. You got that? Keep the **** away from me" he threatened, his eyes now showing a mixture of both anger as well as undeniable fear; it wasn't particularly hard to see in the teenager. "That goes for the rest of you too, especially" he said, now directing his gaze at Tasha and Drake, "you two" he added, now backing himself to stand in a corner with the knife held in front of him, ready to use it as a weapon if necessary.

Glen, despite not saying anything about being interested in the Mark of Mastery exams earlier, grabbed one of the straws from Beuce. While the others each had their reasons, his weren't amazingly different from them. If he could beat the Mark of Mastery exam, it'd be proof enough of him being strong enough to take down Vanitas. Sure, he hadn't exactly gotten any stronger since Corona, but that was clearly beginner's luck wasn't it?

"You know, if I don't become a keyblade master, I'm sure going to feel sorry for those that do. I mean, what use is having the title when you aren't the strongest? I could take just about any of you here with one hand behind my back. Except for Cat, that is. I could take her without either of them!" he said, openly insulting Cat. He had seen her combat abilities, and while they were by no means horrible, he was confident as always in his own fighting ability.

Gexln was first to make his move. He wanted to test the waters a little, to see how strong this replica of R was, but the Nobody knew that it would be a grave mistake to do that. He had seen the real R's strength in battle, and if the replica was anything close to that then he had his work cut out for him. He raced over towards R, his feet moving at a fast pace as he moved rather quickly. If the x-blade wanted a show of strength, then a show of strength it was going to get. As he got nearby ReplicaR(unoriginality op) he allowed himself to duck down and attempt to perform a leg sweep on the heartless, before rising at the end of it and using the momentum to swing his fist towards R as he readied a dark firaga, attempting to slam it into his opponent's chest.

Glen simply watched as Eon went through his emotional, dramatic goodbye of the 3 Caballeros. He himself hadn't been particularly attached to the birds, but he had to admit they had been very useful. Despite his eagerness to fight, Glen wasn't about to attack Eon while he was in such an emotional state. Karina was one thing, the two didn't get along well at all, but Eon was one of the first people he had met upon leaving his homeworld, and he had no reason to dislike the boy at all.

Walking over to Eon, he let himself slump to the ground next to Eon and waited for a moment to see if this would get a reaction. He then let out an enormous sigh. Much as he liked causing trouble, the keyblade warrior didn't like seeing people upset when he had absolutely nothing against them. "Friendship can be seen as a waste of time. Sure it might keep you happy for a little, but what's the point if it eventually fades away and leaves you more damaged than you were before? You're right about it Eon, it sucks and is horrible" he said, almost agreeing with the boy.

It wasn't all horrible though, and Glen knew that very well. The way Eon was, the amount he was upset, it reminded him of a time where he had been in a similar situation. He hadn't lost a friend, but someone had been there to pull it out of him, and it was time he did the same for the kid.
It was when they were only twelve years old, he remembered. Kara walked over to Glen, over sitting on a small rock overlooking the horizon. He was always there wasn't he? It seemed to be his favourite place. "Are you okay?" she asked quietly. As much as he tried to hide it, Glen's cheeks were wet; probably from tears after the people in their town had called him a monster again. Glen didn't respond. "I-i made you something" Kara said, reaching into the pockets of her jeans and pulling out a small piece of fabric in the shape of the heartless insignia. "What is it?" Glen asked, finally speaking.Kara gave him a smile. "A present! I saw you with those dark creatures earlier. They had this symbol on them, so I made it for you" Kara explained. Glen reached out and took it. He realized she was talking about the heartless that he had been around, the ones he had been trying to fight off but found it difficult to do so. The ones he and his family were supposed to fight off. Kara had always been accepting of his need to find heartless, to kill them, he wasn't sure why. "What's it for?" Glen asked. "To remind you that even in the darkest times, the person that made this will always be there for when you need her" Kara responded.

Kara saw another tear in Glen's eye, but it wasn't one of sorrow, it was one of happiness. He looked first at the gift, then back at Kara. For the first time in a while, he gave a weak smile. "Thank you Kara, i'll always be there when you need me too. I promise" he vowed. He looked back at the horizon; the sun was setting. He dried his face with the sleeve of his shirt and stood up, offering Kara a hand to help her up. Once she was on her feet, Glen gave another smile. "It's getting late, we should probably go back to town" he suggested. The two of them began their slow walk to the town, the promise between them both meaning more to each other than either of them realized.

"Thing is, while you might be more damaged after it, you'll also be stronger and more prepared for it next time, and when friendship comes around again you'll be more appreciative and enjoy it a little more. I wouldn't really know about it too much, seeing as how I've only really had one friend..who I kinda left behind. Geez It makes me want to go back to Aatarsilu sometimes. My father's dead, my mother I never cared for, and everybody else hates me there, but the one friend I got...eh, she's special to me.." he said, his voice trailing off. He then stood up, kicking the keyblade he had sat down with his foot so it spun up into the air, and Glen caught it skillfully. "The point i'm tryin' to get across, is you can't let it get you down too much. People will start thinking you're weak, and nobody wants to be friends with a weakling. Look, if it's really upsetting you that much" he said, pointing his keyblade at Eon now, "then fight me, put your suffering into your weapon and take it out on me, it'll make you feel a little better, I can tell you that much" Glen encouraged.[/spoiler]
