Yeah, we say most of them though I've never heard of 'tighty-whities' before, 'panties' is American too (Even though Bushy says that xD), they are knickers here. Underpants is obviously American but say it here and nobody would bat an eyelid. The word 'Pants' tends to refer more to male underwear (that isn't boxers?). There are various other ones too but I cant think.
Pretty much yes, we'll say like jeans and stuff but more or less yes, pants=trousers. Say pants over here and it means underwear, gives 'pulled down your pants' a whole new meaning. Breeches isn't a common word here, though it is used sometimes usually to refer more to like specific types like riding breeches.
