Well, not really. Unless it's to let them know how I feel so hopfully we will be in a relationship. But once I'm in one, which I'm in my second one now, I only say it to the girl I'm with.
"How about we go see a movie?" he asked.

"Cool." he said, picking up a coat and getting to his feet.
