Well, I'm not sure what the ps2dis is, I think it has something to do with emulators. As for omiconverter, just choose the input and output, put in the code, and click convert. For AR-MAX, though, you need the game ID. I think there is a thread listing game ID's.
They are in RAW format which can be used by both codebreaker and gameshark.
