Akane recovered from hitting the ice, then watched as the beast flailed in the water, breaking apart the ice around it. Thinking quickly, she picked up a large pointed piece in her mouth, then hurled it at the Unagi, effectively stabbing it with the ice. While it was distracted by the ice spear in it's body, Akane rushed forward quickly and grabbed the beast behind the head with her jaws, and bit down as hard as she could, trying to break it's neck from the pressure.
"Very well...but the offer will still stand throughout our journey. I hope you are fine with splitting our pay fifty-fifty, though," Kaden said. As they were flying at a steady pace, she said, "Rain...just how fast can your dragon fly?"
