"okay, if you say so." Hiero surrendered walking ahead a few feet and sprawling himself across the ground. "so what do you think life would be like if we still had our parents?" Hiero asked sadly. ooc: he doesn't give up does he? oh, and sorry i like to change the subject 'alot' :D
this is a book i started awhile ago, and haven't been bothered writing, so i'll post here to see if you think i should write it. Chapter one: True Friends A boy listened silently, to the sounds of the forest. He loved to listen to the noises of the forest. He loved it deeply, to the point where he was almost ready to just leave and never come back. Almost. There was one reason why he stayed… “Dodge, where are you?” came the voice of a young girl. Dodge turned to see his friend Viper looking for him. She was wearing a dark blue jacket, light blue short sleeved shirt and light blue pants. She soon found him and ran towards him. He smiled wildly, wondering why she always asked where he was if soon after she would find him anyway. Once she got to him she gave him a brief hug and sat down on the log beside him. “I love this forest” Dodge said to her. “I know” she said softly “sometimes it seems as if the forest itself is a person, offering comfort in every way and that the only other thing that it can’t give you is…” “Is the person you love, right?” he said silently. “Right” she replied in the same manner. They both started to feel awkward and were both grateful when the moon signaled them to go home. “It’s getting late and I think that we should get home, I mean come on who honestly trusts two fifteen year olds in a forest on their own.” Viper said hoping that the longing that she felt wasn’t obvious in her voice. He agreed not knowing that they both felt the same longing for each other. They left the forest each wishing that the other knew how they felt but too scared to move upon their feelings. The next day Dodge awoke, not for the first time, thinking of Viper. He smiled as he remembered growing up. They had always been the best of friends, and were almost always together… -------------------------------------- Not very long is it>_< but i'll probably start writing it again now that it's holidays... will someone please comment! i understand that if you don't like it you don't like it but i'll never be able to fix it unless you give me feedback!
"see, you're happy." Hiero announced as he sat down next to her. "what happened in those 20 seconds to make you happy?"
"You'll probably never know..." Hiero explained sadly, from behind her. "heh, i think you're lucky... you have nothing to miss..." Hiero explained sadly as he went and sat back down next to Lyra...
"heh, well, i guess this means i'm on her badside huh?" Hiero asked Lyra. "Just so you know... i didn't mean any offense, it's just... well, alot about me has changed since the last time you saw me..." Hiero hid a light smile as he remembered how happy he had been...
"I'be known you for what? 5 minutes and you're already telling me this?" Hiero stammered...
"I think of it as more of a settling kind of thing. it's beautiful in it's own way, it doesn't get affected by warfare." Hiero explained fondly looking over the side of the deck...
Racheal glanced over at her. "Do you know exactly where he went?" Racheal asked. 'urgh, screw it i'll head back tommorrow...' Derek decided falling to sleep. ooc: i'd probably do that too...
"heh, i guess i know what that feels like..." Hiero said happily. "oh, she's Lyra" Hiero introduced Lyra.
"stupid little... *sighs* well, i can't change it now..." Racheal decided looking over at Tyko and smiling.
"Name's Hiero, the captain's out for now..." Hiero explained. "and 'you'" he started pointing at Lyra. "you obviously feel 'something' when he goes away?!?!"
"Stupid little nature boy...!" Racheal started. 'and i bet you Akiko's regretting having taking Racheal, even if it was only for a few days...' Derek smirked to himself. 'well, now what? my life is pretty much over... i've even found Racheal a home... god, just when i sort everything out this happens...' ooc: wasn't Akiko 'not' supposed to tell racheal? oh well, i'll just edit my ideas.
"so how do you feel about you're father coming back every 10 years?" Hiero asked her silently.
"Unfortunetly i's not a 'maybe', he probably veiws it as 'it's better than nothing, and i should be happy for what i get!' you know?" Hiero explained. "since it was either the dutchman or death he chose dutchman." Hiero noticed the other girl. "unfortunetly, the captain's impossible to find right now, but feel free to stay with us until he's back!" He yelled over.
"Please tell me it doesn't involve anything like trees?" Racheal asked looking into Akiko's eyes. 'heh, Racheal would've woken up by now...' Derek thought to himself. 'wonder what they're doing...'
ooc: WTF??? i don't get it... she said thank you and you said "yeah it says so here" i'm confused >_< bic: "heh, well i guess i won't be able to change you're mind anyway." Hiero gave up sitting down beside her. "you know that he's perfectly happy for just one visit every 10 years.
'i should never of come here, then i'd be able to die peacefully and happy when it's time but now i don't know if i want to live or not...' Derek thought to himself... Racheal woke up silently and smiled as she noticed Tyko. she turned to look around for Derek but became worried as she realised he wasn't there. as she saw Akiko she sighed. "Um, Akiko where's Derek?" Racheal asked quietly.
"well, we can all see you're not. normally you're happy or at least talkative, and i've only been reunited with you for 3 hours and i know that!" Hiero stated firmly.
Derek walked up to a tree deep in the forest, memorized his way back and rested against it. 'So what do i do now? i'll die in three years unless i fuse with a fimiluar but if i do that it might affect both our personalities...' Derek thought to himself. 'and i know that Racheal will miss me, and i think Akiko and Tyko will too now, Kaiten will never be the same i know that..." Derek sat there for a few more hours until, "God!!! why can't this be easier?!?!" Derek shouted in frustration...
"You've been awfully sad lately, what's wrong? it makes us all feel bad to see you upset you know?" Hiero asked.
