Play Republic Commando because it's better.
Hi, I'll need the name and address of this professor. ... Just in case, you know, their house burns down by accident or something.
The rainbow color or the other colors? The rainbow is for Premiums, which to get you need 1000 posts. The other colors, except for "Banned",...
No problem. Do you need help with anything else?
Hey, noticed you're new, and just to clarify what La Sofa said: you just need 1000 posts, there's no longer a reputation requirement.
No, it was mainly for blatant flaming and continued use of excessive profanity. And I'm afraid I can't since they were all deserved. If you want to actually discuss this PM me.
Oh, my bad, I usually don't reply to people telling me how to do my job when I just gave them a warning. :]
I'm Alive ~ Disturbed
Nah it's cool, we all have our off days. :] Letting us know about threads and stuff isn't complaining, things like "STAFF IS CORRUPT" and things of that nature are. xD
I wish this would actually work. xD Would make our jobs so much easier. >>
The bumper cars were fun, I was going to go on the ferris wheel too but then it was too close to Rise Against's time so I decided to go get a good spot in the crowd for that, totally worth it. :'D
Bamboozle 09. :B I wasn't even watching their shows, I was at the bumper cars and then I heard ungodly noises. >:
Well yes, that too, but I didn't think anything could be worse live than Demi Lovato. ...then they came on.
Redirect all complaints here from now on. :] [ I swear I don't have better things to do today ]
Eh, not much, just browsing the forum and trying to figure out what I'm going to do for an art assignment. You?
They are terrible live.
I'll review Okami (lolsurprise). Also not using my usual color so it doesn't blind anyone. GRAPHICS: 9.5 Even though it was first released on the PS2, the graphics were incredible. It's pretty much a free-roaming environment, so the amount of effort put in to keep transitions between events smooth is insane. From when you run on the ground and flowers appear behind you, to when you hit the water and water swirls jump up, it all looks good. Not to mention that the art style it's done in looks absolutely beautiful, and the Wii version makes the graphics slightly better. STORY: 10 First off, you're playing as a freaking god. And not only that, but the god(dess) that created everything, Amaterasu. Oh yes, you're also in the form of a wolf. That can use weapons. Yeah. You are given an introduction of the history of the world of Okami, and then you are given a quick tutorial and gain your first brush power relatively quickly. From there, you can literally explore any part of the area you're in, and when you finally reach the last arc of the game you have access to so many hidden things and areas it's ridiculous. I've played this game easily 30+ times and I'm still finding hidden treasure chests. The story takes plenty of twists and turns, and despite the somewhat innocent appearence of the game, there are quite a few mature elements. Plenty of side-quests, "unlockables", items, weapons, and so much more. As you gain more brush powers, you get access to new parts of old areas, so you literally have to explore everywhere to complete this game 100%. And as you get money from defeating demons, there's a dojo in three different areas across the map where you can learn new battle techniques, such as digging through rock (compared to the basic dirt), double jumps, additional weapon combos, and even peeing on your enemies to get special items that can be traded for better items. I kid you not. There are so many things to do in this game it's ridiculous, from first finding all the thirteen brush gods (Zodiac + the cat) to fighting some of the most badass villains I have ever seen...you can easily spend 35+ hours on the game. CHARACTERS: 9 I'll say this now, there are a LOT of characters in this game. However, not all of them are "interactive" and will just talk to you. The characters that DO talk to you are most likely: a. annoying as hell (hi Wakka) or b. absolutely clueless or c. take credit for things that you do BUT. After a certain amount of time, people begin to believe in the gods again, and character interaction become much less...aggrivating. Basically, once the NPCs KNOW you're a god, they become less annoying. The place with the least amount of annoying characters is Kamui, but that may just be because it's my favorite part of the whole game. By the end of the game, pretty much every annoying-as-hell character redeems him or herself by being helpful. In their own way. The one thing that most people complain about is the voices, which aren't really "voices", but sort of a jabbering. I don't know, it never bothered me, but a fun fact is that it's whatever line they're saying, but chopped up and reordered. I like it. xD OTHER: 10 There is just an incredible amount of content packed in this game. A lot of things to do, places to explore, and so on. There are puzzles, it makes you think, and the controls are pretty easy to learn. And the art style is just...beautiful. I have never seen any other game implement the style as Okami does. There's also a day/night system, and certain events happen at night, etc. Once you get far enough in-game, you can change the time of day with the stroke of a brush. Plus, have you ever played any other game where you play as a god in the form of a wolf? If yes, then how about a god-wolf with a gigantic sword on its back? Can your god-wolf shoot rosary beads or use them as a long-range whip? No? That's too bad, you should probably go buy Okami. >: But in all seriousness, if you're going to look for the PS2 version, order it online. And chances are that you'll have to get it used, but it is worth it. Wii version is a bit easier to find, though if you have no luck finding it in a store, it is also available online.
...See what?
Birth control is a woman's choice, you don't even have to be sexually active to choose to use it. Plus there's still a slight chance that pregnancy still occurs. But like Misty said, it depends how far "rolling around" went. Unless clothes were missing...it's not likely, though it may be better to play on the safe side and get a pregnancy test just in case.
