Actually...it is not a virus but a worm that doesn't need people to move it around....the best way to check is: One Way to Check: 1) Click on the start button. 2) Find the control Panel. 3) Go to Security Center. 4) Find the Automatic Updates. 5) If your Automatic Updates are off and you knew that you had them on you might have it. The Other Way to Check: 1) Open up Internet Explorer. 2) Click on the Tools Button on the top somewhere. 3) Click on the Windows Update Button. 4) And if your computer downloads the site and lets you update, you don't have the Worm. Ummm...i used to have the same thing happen to me when i first got Itunes and it wouldn't work....so my Dad called and they fixed it somehow, you should call them again....but sorry....
