Braxen was puzzled "umm no? i offer you this." he handed Xambala a small orb. it was green and had wind spinning inside of it. "thats a gladiator trophy... less fame than a tournament win, but it will get you some free food and some attention" he smiled

OOC: so you can return to your seat... BIC: "good show men! Xambala," he walked over to the rail of the arena looking down at Xambala who was covered in blood "as a victory you earn a prize. congratulations soldier. come back to get the reward." he opened a portal behind Xambala OOC: when you step through the portal you return to normal and all wounds are healed

OOC: you cant die when you "die" so to speak in gladiator fights you return to your seat. and the shields are just plain bucklers as i said, useful for blocking and such? so dont worry about dying

OOC: in the arena you have no powers other than brute strength. your swords and shields are made of metal and have no powers though... in case you were going to use that black sword for dark powers >:3

OOC: this is just a free for all anyone can go into the portal... it disables your powers, gives you gladiator armor and a sword and shield. its just a lil fun activity i thought id throw in xD

Braxen looked slyly at Xeol "you are the most transparent person i know, even for a nobodie" he laughed. "and no Xambala its that fight going on in the arena at the moment since Axel isnt here... i thought you would like some entertainment"

Braxen was happy to see that most of his fighters were in the stands near each other so he walked over to them "well, what have we here... you all ready for the next fight?"
Braxen stood up. "denizens of darkness, the eternally unliving, tonight we will present a fight most anticipated. the fight shall begin soon, so get to your seats and enjoy this pre-fight entertainment" Braxen made the floor of the arena descend and then it ascended with 2 gladiators on the arena with blades and bucklers in hand. they charged at each other.
