I'm currently writting a book series called Past or Present. I'm also making a movie about the book but I'll post another thread about that. Here's a sample of the book.


Long ago, the world of Hethendor was one of the first worlds to be colonized. It was a world that could be mistaken for heaven. But it eventually came to be that creatures of hell came to take over Hethendor. A small group of people fought against this empire. But in order to succeed, they would need some unimaginable power. A young man named Fil Sun went to seek such power, but it consumed him. He soon realized he was scarred with eternity. The great power he found, he called it the darkness. Others became lost to the same fate Fil fell to. They formed a group and called themselves Wights. Eventually Fil learned there were other worlds and expanded and formed the Wight Empire who quarreled against the Shadow Empire. Fifty millennia have past since Fil created the darkness and both empires still rage throughout the universe. The war named the Universal War is said to soon come to an end. But, a prophecy has not yet been fulfilled, and vengeance has not yet been taken. The light is only a small shimmer in the pit of darkness. Who will rise and fall? What bonds will be broken? And what will come to end this universal suffering? The story begins with The Rise of Men, continues in The Darkening Myst, and concludes in The Final Fall.



There's the prologe. The book focuses on 3 characters.

Xem Hethendor-A young boy. He is unaware that his life is about to change and he will be responsible for life itself.

Clin- A dark prince born with no care of life or death. He searches for the empire's enemies and leaves no survivors.

Fil Sun- The emperor of the Wights and dark lord. His inntention is total destruction of the Universe. His apprentice Clin, is his weapon of death.
