It's both real and fake. The fake one was created for Roxas, so he could actually hang out with other people when he left. The real one doesn't have Roxas at all. The card rules are of course fake. The only reason Sora has a memory of it was because of Roxas living in it. Though I suppose that should've been obvious. EDIT: The gang still existed as well. They were data, and they were probably created to be friends with them.
