That's true, but it's what most people focus on when they think about it. I know that everytime I told a friend about my relationship with my gf, who is underage, that's one of the first things they ask, along with "Isn't that illegal?" To which I reply "Not if we don't have sex."
Well, it's a problem that arises sometimes when you're of legal age, but have a boyfriend/girlfriend who is underage.
