I'm not sure if it's my computer or something, but whenever I try to change my theme, the only page that changes is the main page. It also changes whatever I'm on, but it reverts when I reload it. Is anyone else experiencing this and if so, is it possible to fix it?

As you can see, it was pretty awesome.
There was Jazz. I ate ribs. It was a festival. Still guessing? Okay, it was the Jazz and Rib Fest! One of the best events of the summer. I want to personally thank the guy who thought it was a good idea to combine my two second favorite things in my two favorite categories into one huge festival. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! I got to hang out with the girl I like. It was just us for about 2 hours, during which we acted out and brainstormed scenes from fanfiction that we're planning to write until I was afraid other people would be looking at us like a fighting couple. Afterwards we bought ice cream and her parents gave me a ride home. Now I'm making a thread about it, and at this point the story has caught up to itself.
