Van Helsing lowered his gun and stepped aside as Edward came over and knelt next to Hannah. Oh, this isn't good, he thought, seeing the looks in both of their eyes. "I need to make them both come to their senses soon before it's too late.
Van Helsing saw Hannah fall to the floor and went over to her. "Hannah?" he tried. She didn't wake. He looked around to see if Dracula or Aleera were near. "Cowards," he whispered. "Can't even stay in the same room as me!"
"Beatrice," Van Helsing began, desperate to follow Jinx as he heard her and Hannah and Aleera scream at one another. "Go into Lexi's saddlebag and grab all my anti-vampire things... understand? Holy water, arrow clips, crosses... and follow when I tell you to, okay?" She nodded her head and turned. Van Helsing ran up the stairs to the room that Dracula, Hannah, Jinx, and Aleera were now in. "Uh oh," Dracula began, backing away from the women in the room. "My oldest friend will arrive... and now is not the time to meet him." He span on the spot, disappearing in a loud laugh and cloud of shard of smoke.
Van Hesling turned from Edward and Verona, who was now disintergrating into a pile of dust. Aleera was circling Beatrice, ready to strike.
Van Helsing aimed his bow at Verona and shot, trying to hit her heart. She flew back from Edward even as the man fell to his hands and knees again, not able to stop the howl that issued from his mouth. "So... shall we watch the fun?" Dracula asked, stepping over to the window.
Van Helsing started to run after Jinx, trying his best to listen to Edward's advice of staying on the vampire's good side. Edward ran up along side him, and Van Helsing hear him supressing growls as he inhaled. "Are you going to be alright?" he asked.
OOC: okie dokie sounds good! see you laters! "I really don't think we should just be walking in here.." Van Helsing began, putting away his gun and pulling out his bow, making sure there was a full load of arrows in it.
"You've got to control it for now, Edward," Van Helsing explained. "When we get inside there, you can change if you wish, but... it's not a good idea..."
"Dammit," Van Helsing began, trying to go over to Edward and help him up, but the man lashed out from the floor, almost catching Van Helsing's neck with his claws that had grown with his fingernails rapidly. "Listen to me, Edward!" Van Helsing began, though he drew his silver-bulleted gun. "You need to focus on why we're here! Find Hannah, Edward! Do you understand? Think of her!" "Oh," Dracula began suddenly, holding a cupped, long fingernailed hand to his ear. "I think I here some friends coming... and a newly- changed werewolf? Wonderful."
Van Helsing raised his eyes at Jinx's dramatic attitude. "She really thinks it's going to be that easy?" he muttered to Edward. The werewolf did not smile. "Jinx," Van Helsing called out, and she stopped. "What exactly do you plan to do by running up to Dracula's castle?" "Now, ladies," Dracula began, going over to stand between Aleera and Verona. They both wrapped their arms around him, sneering at Hannah. "Let her try and defend her friends. I know you both won't let her die yet. Understood?"
"Just trying to figure out how hungry I am..." 'What do I plan to do?" Van Helsing repeated with a cynical smile. "Well... we shall kill the rest of the brides, get Hannah out of there, and finish Dracula. That's it."
"Have you ever killed any innocent people, Edward?" Van Helsing asked. Edward shook his head. "Then I shall not hurt you unless you do so sometime in the future." "There's more than Van Helsing coming, though... isn't there?"
OOC: Donde esta Boobra?? BIC: "Sink?" Dracula repeated. "I am an immortal, powerful, unstoppable monster! And you expect to sink toward me?!"
