I researched about it all on the internet and I was truly surprised that they actually incluyed that old-school days villain in MLP FiM. So far, only Applejack and Spike fitted this criteria. Your deck as you've shown is all old-school, which by closer examination, it does fit Tirek even better! My Fairy Deck for Fluttershy was based on an inside joke. Fluttershy is based on several characters that were called "flutterponies", who were ponies with butterfly wings. I did make her a Naturia Deck now, but I haven't even tried it yet… BIC: "He's here?!
