"Well, try to understand them," Van Helsing snapped at Michael. "I can't and it's hard to have my focus drawn away from what should really be the priority."
the actual happy song... hmm.... i dont recalll...
OOC: wow anna hates me
thanks for the advice... I can change the age to 19 if you still have a spot open :D
"Alright, then," Van Helsing agreed quickly. "Now..." he began, half-turning to Jinx. "What are we going to do with Edward and Hannah?"
"Good," Van Helsing sighed. "Finally."
"If necessary," Van Helsing shrugged. "It matters not to me if you do or not... though it would be nicer if you gave in and just helped us."
"Well?" Carl said impatiently at Michael. "Go get her!" "Won't have it?" Van Helsing repeated, cocking his head to the side and frowning. "It's right down that hall, miss, and... I seriously doubt you could stop us all."
"Then don't work with us," Van Helsing growled seriously. "We've got what we need from you: that mirror."
"Well," Van Helsing sighed, taking a step closer to Anna and lowering his voice. "If what your doing involves focusing on the future when a large obstacle is not even taken care of yet, then... well, I don't know if we want or need your help."
OOC: umm.. kindda sure.... :D BIC: "Oh really?" Van Helsing asked Anna. "Your focus is off, then, thinking about after so much."
"Ah, ladies," Van Helsing interrupted, squeezing Jinx's shoulder. "I think we need to just... drop the idea of credibility as far as the... immortals in this house are concerned. How hard can it be for you, Miss Valarious, to just focus on the task at hand?"
"You think so?" Van Helsing asked, a little angrily. "I'm sorry for respecting life that wants to get rid of evil, Miss Valarious." He instinctively reached out a hand and placed it on Jinx's shoulder. "They aren't as bad as you think."
"I am doing my job," Van Helsing contradicted calmly. "Getting rid of things that are evil... John, that vampire Edward killed, was something inhabited by evil, and we got rid of him. Dracula is our next target, which is part of my job... so, technically, I am doing my job... just a little differently than you may like."
"Why not?" Van Helsing asked honestly, raising his arms. "I think it was better than a large performance in the town square."
"Oh, I know," Van Helsing laughed, winking at Anna. "I guess that you should be thanking us for not doing this in the middle of your town."
OOC: "I think the less of an outside audience the better as far as our group is concerned," Van Helsing explained patiently.
"Of what, exactly, my dear?" Van Helsing asked, raising his arms in the air. "Didn't Edward say enough?"
OOC: you guys are wierd... :D BIC: Van Helsing looked to Anna. "What?" he asked politely.
Van Helsing ignored Anna, not sure what to say. "Let him," he said to Michael, motioning at Edward.
