Several years ago, our current Hokage, Uzumaki Naruto, has defeated the tyranny Akatsuki, bring about peace to the land. After several arguments, Danzo has been jailed, thus making Naruto the Hokage. His first act was to destroy and oblivionate Otagakure. Five years later, Naruto became depressed after hearing the death of the Kazekage. Meanwhile, a junior sqaud of ninja from the academy were murdered. There was no trace of the murderer. Troubled by this, Naruto sent out a group of elite Shinobi to investigate. They never came back. Naruto became more depressed. His assistant took over for the big things. Two months later, a group of shinobi attacked and burned down half the village. They were stopped by Naruto. A medic ninja hauled a body to the Hokage's office, claiming to have discovered something important. After studying for some time, Naruto was shocked. The ninja had stratched out Otagakure head band. Naruto held a meeting with council. After several discussions and arguments, they came to a descision; they wanted the Hokage to meet the Kage of Otagakure. Naruto went there, but the entire village had disappeared. It was as if it was never there. He went back, and sent another group of Shinobi to find them. When they tried to report back, they were murdered by a Shinobi from Otagakure using Camouflage Jutsu. He was captured. After a week of interrogation, they found out that Otagakure wants destroy the village for destroying it. Naruto dispensed squads to Otagakure with different missions.

Rules
1. No powerplaying
2. Forbidden Jutsu is NOT allowed
3. No godmodding
4. Extinct clans are extinct. Meaning, I don't any Uchihas or survivors of dead clans
5. Jutsu such as Chidori or Rasengan or even Almighty Push is exclusive jutsu, and can't be used
6. Killing others is allowed. However, if it's for no reason, don't. If you keep it up, I'll force your character death
7. Romance is allowed
8. All users must make a Otagakure shinobi and Konohagakure shinobi.
