Kingdom Hearts is a different universe; it's not related to the FF worlds. ENIX basically just recycled some of the characters and dumped them in a new universe, that being Kingdom Hearts. :3 So you can forget the whole Sephiroth killing Aerith thing. I like Aerith better~! Dunno why, just sounds nicer to my ears
I must have spent a good hour or two trying to level up and beat the damn boss - but nothing went through! >< Eventually I gave up and just started again on...Beginner mode. I JUST WANTED TO WIZ THROUGH SO I COULD SEE THE CUTSCENES. NEH!!
I would want any FF character just as long as s/he has a role in the story!

I once tried to do Proud mode and couldn't even get pass the first boss (as in the first big Nobody you fight as Roxas), yeah how sad is that. I beat KH2 on Standard mode though.

*stares* ...I wasn't expecting that sort of comment from you. The point is, it stays fairly identical to the original. Unlike when you enlargen it, where it's practically recomposed. I was only trying to say that when you reduce something, it's not a major, unfixable problem. Which is the problem...people don't respect the artist's wishes....:/

Your observation is quite right; their roles in KH2 don't strike out at all - they're totally forgotten at certain points of the game. :/ (I too hope for better characterization. But there's a probability they wont even BE in the next KH game) Though, I always tried to look at them as the 'comic relief' of the game, if you can call that a role. I also like to think they help balance Sora's character a bit.

Okay you guys are really confusing me here, what the hell does paranoia have to do with anything?!? Precisely, which, now that I think about it, is kinda...sad. These artists expose their work for show and in exchange, they ask of us not to use them. They're entrusting their work to us. But nooOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOo, we just have to break that trust and go against their will for our own selfish reasons! Precisely the reason why a good majority of them SHUT DOWN their site (from what I've heard, anyway) and no one'll ever see their work again! O: I'm really just trying to put myself in their shoes, they as in the artists that don't want their work stolen. Like I mentioned before I don't care for people taking fanarts unless they credit. I don't even know WHY these artists flip ape mode because of this and start a whole drama, I honestly don't get their problem. But if it's their wishes, and if that's what they want, then the least I could do in appreciation of their work is respect their wishes. It's not about what we think is okay, it's about what they want.

I haven't played DoA either, and from what I've heard AND seen...don't think I'd ever will. :/ TEKKEN TEKKEN TEKKEN!!! (Virtua Fighter is pretty good too though. A little stiff, but not bad)
