Well I'm listening to Comatose and I'm having inspiration so don't sass me...*cracks joints* lets get going

Prologue

2 Years before their journey begins... Sora gets in a bad incident when a baseball hits him on the dead center of his head. No blood came out but he did fall over (like a dead fall) and Kairi and Riku called the paramedics.
Unfortunately the doctors had terrible news: Sora was in a coma. It was terrible because he had a chance of becoming brain dead in a matter of days, or he could be in a comatose. The doctors said he couldn't see or feel anything but there was a chance he could hear he just couldn't respond. There was a slim chance he could come out of his coma but it was nearly impossible. Our story begins with Riku and Kairi in the hospital waiting for updates on Sora.​

"I hope he's okay" Kairi said with tears streaming down her cheeks.

"Me too,"Riku said calmly,"we can only hope for the best."

After a couple of minutes of silence except for the desk phone ringing and the doctors talking, a nurse came out of Sora's room. She had a concerned look on her face; like something went horribly wrong. She practically ran over to the both of them.

"I think there's something you might want to know about your friend." the nurse said directly to Riku. Kairi didn't know if it was because Riku was a guy or because Sora knew him longer but she knew it was not good.

Riku walked with the doctor into Sora's room. Riku was in complete shock to see Sora hooked up too many different machines and about three different tubes. His best friend; the one he thought was the strongest even if he didn't tell him that. Even though he wished he did because of Sora's uncertain sudden death.

Soon enough Riku came out of the room. He looked devastated, like he just heard that Sora died or something.

"That idiot," he mumbled to himself which soon turned into a raging statement,"THAT IDIOT! How could he!?"

Riku began to punch the ground. It seemed he was sad even though he showed anger. He most likely did that to conceal the tears within.

"What's wrong,"Kairi asked worryingly,"Is there something wrong with Sora?"

"Yes! Remeber when Sora cracked his head open last summer?"

"Yeah! He couldn't play in the soccer finals after that."

"Well apparently he never came here to get a brain scan so this time he was vulnerable to getting into a coma. Normally only lacrosse balls cause this but because he didn't get scanned he's done for now."

"What? But what are we supposed to do until he wakes up."

"You mean if he wakes up." Riku said inconsiderately. After a long pause and streams of tears Riku finally answered. "I guess we just wait until he comes to."

Suddenly they heard footsteps from Sora's room. The nurse had left to go see about a basketball player who broke their arm, and she was the only person allowed in the room.

They both rushed over to the door and opened it. They saw Sora walking! Since Kairi thought this was a sing that he was okay, she ran over to hug him. His eyes were closed yet he still was able to hug. Just then Kairi heard Sora say or what she thought was,"Not yet."

Kairi let go of Sora and he fell to the ground. Riku immediately went for help. Kairi went with him scared and confused.

I MADE THE BASKETBALL TEAM! I thought I wouldn't make it because I drink a lot of water and I get a lot of cramps and I can't shoot lol. But I made it and I'm happy!
