So now that school's over, and I have ALL of my graphic projects, thought I'd share a couple of my favs <3 Though some have already been seen/used as signatures. :3 I'm not going to go into that much detail at the moment because I can't be arsed to type much. "Moi" ~ first assignment ever. The point was to try and create an illustration based on ourselves. And uh...I tried to illustrate my habit of driffting off from reality to wonderworld. The drawing is a caricature but there are some painful proportion errors, ew. full view late august 2006. ~~~~~~ "La Poupée" ~ this was our second project. We had to choose an object (I chose a doll! Poupée = Doll) and we had to work with it for several months. We were given several different assignments regarding the object we chose. Right now I'm only posting the 'Graphic Researches' assignment we had to do. The goal was to represent our object in as many ways possible, but it had to be recognized. The first one is only in black and white (no gray/gradients), second grayscale, third in flat colors (no gradients) fourth colorscale. (the previews are only a portion of the full-view, so check it out) full view full view full view full view sep, oct, nov and dec 06. ~~~~~~ "Migration" ~ meh, was a project on Migration/Human rights. (the right to migrate, something like that) It's originally an animation but for the moment I'll just stick with one of the scenes of it. full view april 2007. ~~~~~~ "Contraste dans la Ville" ~ one of my more recent projects. It had to be traditional, but it would've looked better if the right side were done on the computer. The point was to create a contrast in a town~ for example you could have a city filled with cars and pollution in one side and, in contrast for the another side, you could have a green carefree park. For each contrast, the technique also had to be different. You couldn't use the same technique for both sides. Anyway my contrast was the 'busy, stressful hectic city life' and the 'calm, poor, more relaxed life'. full view may 2007. ~~~~~~ Definate updating will be going on here. I was asking because I can get my nails to grow that length and have them trimmed - what's next is just a matter of painting them and adding the deco's. Though I can't be arsed to care about my nails so I normally always snip 'em off. Plus it's easier to work with short nails. :3 Though they're pretty cute. Would've been cuter if you stuck to a theme for all five fingers lol.
