so just calm down a bit when i was ur age i used to get agry as hell too just try an smile that will help only get angry when ppl mess with u if u get extremely mad just close ur fists real tigh and take a deep breath somethin that works for me when i get pissed is i close my hand to fists and hit my right first with my left 3 times fast and has hard as possible u gotta do it fast though and the pain (which aint much) distracts me and immiatly calms me down its silly but helps a lot just try an calm down and do u mainly smile or frown? cuz i always used to frown and got really angry frowning means ur down and any little thin can set u off or at least it used to set me off
i think that she likes u i mean really likes u at least ask her out cuz if she says no (which i highly dought) then u guys can still be friends and u can try again later when u got a better relationship its better when a girl breaks up with u or rejets u cuz u can still be friends so u aint got nothin to loose go ahead and tell her
